Welcome to the Branson House. Rent the whole house for you and your family. This stunning Craftsman home, rich with history, was built in 1923 by the Parnell family and in recent years underwent an extensive renovation. Today, it's known as The Branson House. Stunning finishes and upscale quality are the hallmark of this beautiful home. 6 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen, traditional dining room, and a beautiful living room. Excellent outdoor living, including a large front porch, back porch, balcony, and a pavilion perfect for hosting guests and small events. Best of all, it's ideally located in the heart of Branson with ample parking, and a trolley stop right at the front door! Within walking distance of all that downtown Branson and Branson Landing has to offer. The absolute best place to view the incredible fireworks show at the Landing, and to take in great views of the Mt. Branson Nativity scene during the holidays. At one time, famous fishing guide Jim Owens owned this home and hosted famous guests such as Charlton Heston and Joe DiMaggio. Located in historic downtown Branson, we are just a stone's throw (4 Blocks) from the Branson Landing, the area's premier destination for shopping, dining and entertainment on Lake Taneycomo. You can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee while enjoying our view of the Landing and lake on our front porch. We Look forward to hosting you!

The house was in a wonderful location with ample parking! Easy to walk to the Landing and close to the Strip. Sean was very helpful with information before the visit and when we needed some things on check-in. The house is beautiful inside but it would benefit from addt'l cleaning in the kitchen and bedrooms. The outside areas could use some TLC to prep for guests, such cushions and chairs wiped down. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed having the bathrooms with each bedroom for all!

Location Location Location
Every Bedroom and Bathroom was comfortable and clean. The family spaces (common areas) inside and outside were perfect for everyone to spread out and yet stay connected. Every morning everyone who wanted took walks to the landing and beyond! All this was highlighted with the LOCATION - We were in Branson - but never felt we were in the hustle and bustle of Branson.

Great Location, Interior Was Different Than Advertised
The host was very responsive to questions before arriving. The house has a great location to The Landings and was the perfect place to host my mother's 90th birthday. Since we were all about no stress and enjoying rare family time together I mostly overlooked the fact the interior furniture was not the same as what was pictured when we reserved the space. I see the pictures have finally been updated to accurately reflect the interior furniture. For the price I had high expectations. The previous living room furniture was more elegant and in line with the price paid for the stay. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the outdoor furniture and a wasp issue I would like to have known about ahead of time. The beds were great, but the change in sofas, addition of a futon in the hall, and a twin bed in one of the rooms made it feel more like a party house trying to cram in as many people as possible. It took away from the ambience I thought I was purchasing.

Shower hear bracket was broken in downstairs bedroom. Cracked and no grout around the whole title in other downstairs bedroom. Window seals, blinds and fans were caked in dust. Very bad ant problem in kitchen and 3 bathrooms, have photos

Great Location
We were 7 siblings with 5 spouses so we used all 6 bedrooms. The neighborhood was great. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles. Perfect location. We did some walking to and from Branson Landing. It is a steep walk returning to the house so not for those who don’t enjoy a good workout. We had an AC issue which was handled immediately by the host. We would definitely return to The Branson House.

House was homey. Plenty of space. Advertised 2 fireplaces but could not use them, even the outside one. The soap and conditioner bottles in most bathrooms were empty. Christmas decorations are still there.One cup in kitchen was broke. Loved the outdoor space. Owners need to check on property and spruce up. There were tiny ants on kitchen counter near coffee pot.

Perfect location and so much room!
My husband and I hosted our adult children and their guests for the weekend. This house was already decorated for the holidays and the location was amazing! We enjoyed shopping the Main St area, Branson Landing, and Tanger outlets. Mr G’s Chicago Pizza and Pub was a hit and short walk from the house.

First Branson Trip
We had a wonderful time at The Branson House. Description was right on. Comfortable beds, plenty of supplies. Sean, property manager, was very prompt in answering our questions. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning & evening. Back patio out back door was very enjoyable too. Weather was perfect. House was downtown & close to theatres. Extra bonus - house was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

No regrets!
This was an absolutely lovely home. The front porch was perfect to sit and visit in the late afternoon/evenings with the nice October breezes. The back/side porch was perfect in the mornings for visiting while drinking coffee when the front porch was flooded with the morning sun. It is easy access to everything. The only negative I can come up with is that it is in town, and the traffic is very loud until late at night and starts again early morning. We used a sound machine while sleeping so the noise wasn't a problem. We would definitely rent this property again.

What an amazing home! Our group of 9 adults loved this home and location. Only downfall, we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the outside seating areas. Close to everything we did. Lots of space to spread out.
