We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and have been renting cabins in Branson since 2003. We know how to write an amazing description with word pictures describing our beautiful cabin, but we have learned that our potential guest just want to know what they are getting so here it is:

LOCATION: This log cabin is about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. When others are waiting in "stand still" traffic for up to 2 hours just to get to SCD you will be there in 10 minutes or less. If you want to spend your time in Branson you can be in Branson is less than 10 minutes and all the way across town to the Branson Landing in less than 25 minutes. You will not find a better location.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with a large Jacuzzi tub in each bathroom. We have a king, a queen, a set of bunk beds, a full size bed, and a sleeper sofa.
Note: The 3rd bedroom is converted from part of the deck which has to be entered through the master bedroom. For families this is not a problem but for mixed couples this might not be comfortable.
We furnish all Towels and Sheets, Kitchen is supplied with Crock Pot, Coffee Maker and Filters, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. All of our cabins are very clean, well stocked and furnished with almost everything you will need except food.
You won't need to go to Wal Mart and spend 2 or $300 getting supplies. We furnish Coffee, Coffee filters, coffee creamer, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, salt & pepper, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, Wood for the Wood burning fireplace and more. We have wifi, Cable TV, 3 TVs, 3 DVD Players, DVD library, Toys, Games, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a Large enclosed deck. We also have a nice Charcoal Grill and Patio Furniture.

AMENITIES: We have a 5 Acre Lake you can Fish without a license. The hike to the lake is steep and we do not recommend it if you have any physical problems. We have Nature Trails, Basketball Court, Horseshoes, Playground, and 2 beautiful Pools. Notch Estates is very family friendly with lots of areas for your kids to play. Bring your Bicycles, Rip Sticks, Skate Boards, and Remote Controlled Cars.

INFORMATION: When you stay with us we will also send a lot of information that will make your stay in Branson even more enjoyable such as a location where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most of the shows , and our personal show review. This review is our personal opinion of about 70 shows and attractions we have seen and you will find it very helpful in selecting your entertainment while in Branson. We will also give you directions and recommendations to restaurants and stores close to the cabin.

PRICE: We strive to be very competitive with comparable log cabins. If you compare Location, Accommodations, Amenities, and Price you won't find a better vacation property.

Wonderful retreat

The cabin was compact, but large enough for our family - 4 adults and two children under 10. It was well stocked and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi tubs after a long day at Silver Dollar City. The location was very conveniently located and it was very quiet there.

Great Property
This property was very clean and had everything we needed. One reason I chose this property was because it had a private lake and we love to fish. We walked to the lake one time. It is down an incredibly steep, rocky path and at least a half mile walk. We did not even end up fishing in the lake. Choose this property for other reasons, not for the private lake.

Everything was great ! Location , well accomodated for our family of 8 , comfortable, steep walk to the lake and didn't catch anything and the floors weren't clean but other then that everything else was great !! This was a great property for our family of 6. This included 3 young children. Plenty of room, beds, and play areas. The only disappointment was the “private lake”. We found it the first day but never returned because the walk was extremely challenging going down into a steep incline which you had to climb out of to get back to our cabin. This isn’t a feature that should be included as an attraction for young families as it is very impractical and unusable. Otherwise the property, cabin, pools were perfect!

Read the fine print
We are 2 small families and it seemed 3 bedrooms would be perfect. The write up does say the 3rd bedroom is off of the Master, but which is the 3rd? Well- it’s the one you wish it wasn’t. You are literally 2 steps from one bed to the other. The other problem is that the bedroom is really an enclosed porch. This room is ice cold, and the space heater provided barely runs. The lovely dining porch is the same. Too cold to use this time of year, so we found ourselves pretty crowded in the house itself. On the plus side- the sleeper sofa is comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely fire each night with wood they provided. When I called Larry about the fire- he answered and was helpful.

Great place to stay.
We have a 9ft trailer that we have to pull for my brother’s wheelchair. The property manager was unhappy that we could not unhook the trailer every time we were at the property. Ultimately they agreed to let us leave our trailer hooked up. We parked at an angle across all 4 spots that appeared to belong to the cabin. Our trailer was never in the street or anyone else’s way.

The property was very compacted into having beds for everyone. I needed a wheelchair handicap and it stated it was but you could not get a wheelchair around in it all. Even my walker wouldn’t go through bedroom to bathroom and there was a step to get into shower. Overall it was quaint and would rent again with less family and no handicapped people. I just had knee replacement 3 weeks ago and it was not very conducive for that.

We loved staying here. Close to everything, but very quiet. The kitchen is well supplied and had everything we needed. It was cold enough to have a fire in the fireplace, which was just awesome. Would stay here again. If there was anything negative, it would be the 3rd bedroom is very small. But it worked for us.

This cabin is situated in a very convenient location, within a quiet neighborhood. It is minutes away from all the major attractions. Enjoyed the pool and also spent some time fishing on the lake. We easily found everything needed and really enjoyed the two hot tubs. Would highly recommend to anyone and will stay here again the next time we come to Branson!!

Fall vacation
This is such a cute property! Very well appointed, and so cozy! Nice quiet neighborhood and quick easy access to everything Silver Dollar City/Branson! We rraly enjoyed our stay here! The only downsides were relatively minor for us. The small 3rd bedroom is COLD, so our child that was going to take that space ended up sleeping on the couch instead. The showers are TINY. I’m not sure how my husband was able to move in there but I guess it got the job done. There’s also mold along the bottom edges of the showers inside and out where the glass meets the bottom pan of the shower. That’s not a reflection on the owners, but the cleaning company. Maybe I’m just picky. It’s also very dusty under the beds, and I’m not sure if the extra blankets ever get washed, since you’re supposed to put them back in the boxes before you leave. All that being said, aside from a few hours in the evenings we really weren’t there except to sleep. I will say these are the only “vacation mattresses” I’ve slept in that don’t absolutely kill my back and hips! Overall, great place and value.
