House is big, in very nice, gated community. Highly recommend it for big family/group that wanna stay together.

Ruined my Bachelor Party
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was managed by Evolve and then switched to Sunset Nightly Rentals. We checked into the property at 5pm. We noticed the AC didn’t work at all in the house. After several phone calls and hours of waiting in a house in the high 80 degrees, an emergency HVAC tech came out and determined the condenser is cracked and he can’t fix the AC. We packed up and had to leave the property. Sunset Rentals couldn’t get ahold of the owner nor fix the issue. Told us to find a hotel. I’m fighting to get a refund. They said it’s up to the owner if he wants to refund me. My bachelor party weekend was ruined.

Great host with awesome property
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was great location. Very close to all main attractions. You have to pay $5 per vehicle per night. Wooden floors were not mop cleaned, that was the only issue, might have got missed by cleaning staff. Other than this, everything else was perfect in this property. Guest is expected to collect and dump their trash in the dumpsters located across the street.
Overall, I would positively recommend this property for large family/groups.

Youth Group Trip
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was perfect for our group!! We normally stay in a few different condos and this was so much better! It was great having everyone together and enough room to comfortably feed everyone. We'll be renting it again next year and many years to come.

Publié le 27 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe listing displayed the place as a house and it’s a condo attached to another one. We’ve always rented homes. It just caught us off guard.
The listing didn’t state anywhere in posting that we would have to pay for parking, every night that we were there and the cost had to be paid upfront at check in. Didn’t find this out until check in instructions were sent. After already paying over $2300 we still had to pay for parking.
The mattresses were very hard, old, and uncomfortable on the queen beds. The nightly rates are too high for the beds to not be comfortable.
The water temp on the water heater needed to be adjusted, cause the water was lukewarm as there were three bathrooms, but there people could not take showers at the same time.
But other than those items, the place was nice, quiet, the neighbors were friendly. Didn’t care for the steep incline of the driveway.
