A Good Overall Experience
This is a very nice and well-equipped home that fit our diverse group well. It could use just a little minor maintenance and some additional cleaning in less conspicuous but often used spots. For instance, there was medication left by a prior user and some very squeaky doors, especially the door to the master bath, where, also, the door handle came off in my hand. But good overall.

Annual Family Christmas Trip
Thank you for the use of this beautiful property . It was clean , spacious and even decorated for Christmas for an added touch . We loved everything about it . The kids loved the game room and of course the bunk room . This was just right for our family , and we hope to return next season . Thank you Brad for everything!

Great place for 3 generation family vacation
Had a wonderful time in Branson and Silver Dollar City with our children and grand children. This place provided ample room and amenities, including game room in garage & screened porch with views, although second full kitchen was never used. Multiple attempts to contact property manager never revealed proper check-in process at Stonebridge Welcome Center to get passes for each vehicle. Time of year we went, pools were closed. Overall, an enjoyable spot for a larger group.

We had a nice time.
The bunk beds were a little hard according to the teen girls. An electric griddle would be nice. The two refrigerators were great to have. The game room was a hit. We could not get the jacuzzi tub to work. Not having a grill on site deterred is from cooking out . It’s way too inconvenient to go down that hill to the pool area. Overall it was great.

Fun family home
The house was a great size for our large family. The game room was a bonus and provided plenty of entertainment for the kiddos. The house was located in a great neighborhood. The house was clean and had all the essentials we needed for a great trip. We did find a few items/trash left over from the previous guess but nothing that changed our overall experience. Property manager touched base to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Air return in upstairs front hall was extremely dirty. Family members sensitive to air issues so we got vacuum cleaner out and cleaned it. You might check the one downstairs. Also door handle in master bath loose. But house was great but for these minor issues.

Nice and roomy
We all loved our stay in this condo. It was nice and roomy, with a private room for each couple, plus the bunk bed room for the kids. The kids loved the game room upstairs, as well as the board game table and chairs downstairs. The two porches gave extra space when anyone needed it. The only disappointment was no yard space for the kids to play outside, and the playground was over a mile away. But the pool was pretty close, so we had a lot of fun there. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, well-supplied kitchen, cleanliness, and location.

August Family Vacation with 17 people!
This was the perfect property for the perfect vacation we experienced. We did not know what to expect with 17 individuals from ages 3 to 74 with multiple allergies and interests but this property was the best! With 2 kitchens and a game room and beds for everyone we ALL enjoyed our time together. The property exceeds the pictures as it is spacious and well supplied. We hope to visit again!

Great space to enjoy family
We had an enjoyable extended weekend with kids and grandkids. Plenty of space for 14 of us to spread out but yet spaces big enough for us to all be together. Would definitely like to go back to this duplex. Its on a dead end street so was nice and quiet and plenty of room to park 4 vehicles.

Getaway with family & grandparents
Our family had a wonderful trip, we really enjoyed the room that we could spread out in the game rooms, the living room and the kitchen, we never felt crowded and it was nice to come back to after a long day at Silverdollar city and at Top of the Rock, which we highly recommend . The place was quiet and cozy, felt like we were in a treehouse! I will definitely be coming back

Large family rental
Wonderful home! The bunkbed room was perfect for our 8 grandchildren. Two good sized bedrooms - two were too small for a king sized bed and felt cramped. Basic maintenance is needed on the property. Leak under kitchen sink has been there long enough to raise laminate in cabinet, shades torn in bunk room, birds building a nest in dryer vent, handles coming off on master tub... all normal wear and tear that one finds in vacation rentals. Property manager notified and didn't seem overly concerned. Good luck getting a call back from the property manager as I made several calls for information prior to trip and while I was there to let him know of the potential danger of the debris in the dryer vent. I left several voice mails with the PM and he did not return calls in a liberal timely manor. Last call was disconnected in the middle of our conversation - when I called back the call went to voice mail. Poor communications on gated community amenities and on the fact that you must take your garbage out prior to checking out. Which is standard for a rental. What isn't standard is that there are no receptacles outside the home, no information on what you are to do with the trash. Come to find out we needed to take it to dumpsters several blocks away. Needless to say there was quite a bit of garbage with 16 people occupying. All and all the home was perfect for our needs - Property management not so much. I would like to give them the benefit of doubt and say that they must have been preoccupied with something more important than communication with the renters.

Perfect for our family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well stocked/equipped with everything we needed from linens to board games. The smart tv’s and game room was a nice touch that ensured fun for all ages in our group (ages ranged from 9-73).
