Cabin with spacious and comfortable for eight of us
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent a long weekend, taking in some of the Branson activities and the cabin allowed us a very comfortable clean, and very easy to get to activities. Lady comfortable setting for a fun family weekend!

Almost everything was great

Thank you for your review. The unit does not have a hot tub, grill or pool located at the property. However, there are community grills, and pools located at the resort. We apologize for the confusion. We do hope to host you again in the future.

Family Fun

Great time in a wooded area
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe layout was fantastic! A few small things would make a big impact on comfort. The beds upstairs were quite springing and noisy. If beds can not be upgraded, better pillows may compensate for uncomfortable mattresses. The lack of dusting had most of us sneezing/wheezing, so a thorough cleaning would take care of that.

Bed Bugs
Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a nightmare! There were bed bugs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Management did refund us our total stay but was unable to help us relocate to a different property. Spent a full day of our vacation at a laundromat washing all our clothes and throwing out all our suitcases, bags, and pet beds.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and distress caused by the presence of bed bugs in three of the four bedrooms. We understand how frustrating such a situation can be and we truly regret that we were unable to offer you an alternative property to relocate to. With it being Labor Day, we were sold out.
Ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our utmost priority, which is why we took immediate action to address the issue and promptly refunded your entire stay. However, we completely understand that this does not make up for the lost time or the inconvenience caused during your vacation.
Rest assured, we have thoroughly investigated the matter and implemented necessary measures to prevent any recurrence. We have enlisted professional pest control services to conduct a comprehensive inspection and treatment throughout the property to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
Once again, please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience faced.

Family vaca 2023
Publié le 27 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property is lovely! The pictures on internet are quite flattering, but that is normal with these types of pictures. It is a bit smaller in all areas than it looks. There was no gas grill on the deck and the sink did not drain in one of the bathrooms. They could be a bit more generous with bath towels and toilet paper, especially for a multi day family stay! The kitchen was very nicely equipped! The directions to the area were not very clear. Nobody seemed to know exactly where Ozark Mountain Highroad was! I had a few conversations with Donna. She was always pleasant and helpful! Thank you!

Excellent place for Branson family fun
Publié le 22 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe liked the place, and everything worked well. The family enjoyed our stay. One comment: lack of weekend telephone contact is a distinct shortcoming. Short of a facility emergency, calls to the property owner are not available, unless you want to pay a penalty of $25.00. We had a question on Saturday, so this restriction created a problem. Fortunately, we handled the issue. Had we checked in on Saturday or Sunday, I can see how this restriction could easily create a hardship in the event of a non-emergency request.
