Perfect Getaway!!

This was a beautiful place. Exactly as pictured - down to the smallest detail. Clean and super easy to check in - the guards at the gate were super friendly as well.

A perfect getaway

My family spent a week in this cabin for spring break. The area was quiet and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We did all the tourist things that Branson offered and everything was within a half hour drive. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We should have planned more meals in the cabin (there is a grocery store close by). Sometimes going out to eat seemed like a lot of work after a long day of sightseeing and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our dog and could easily let him out the patio door to do his business. The staff checked in with us right away when we got there to see if we needed anything and quickly answered the few questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again. It was a great vacation!

Mostly good, potential to be great

I sent the manager a message with my "review" after our stay, in order to give them an opportunity to reply before I posted anything. Unfortunately I did not receive a reply. The property is in a wonderful resort community, off the beaten path, but also close enough to town for convenience. The layout is great, the decor is great, the technology is wonderful! There were some minor housekeeping issues that left a less than stellar first impression. When we pulled back the top sheet for bed, we discovered many black dog hairs and several long human hairs between the top and fitted sheets. The pillows were stained and also had hair on them. We had to rewash all the sheets to feel more comfortable sleeping on them. There was some food garbage on the floor under the cabinets in the kitchen, the stove and many of the switch plates were very dirty and looked unclean, which is always a concern, but especially during covid times. There was a broken baby gate in pieces all over the front steps, and the microwave was missing the front panel, but it worked. Overall, nothing major, but a few issues that left us wondering about attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.

In the future, please reach out to us ASAP during your stay with any issues as we would have been happy to send the housekeeping team back and could have replaced the baby gate.
