Carpet had pet hair in it and faintly smelled of urine.

This place has potential to be nice, but there’s a lot that needs to be corrected. Some things a deal breaker and a lot of small things. I’ll start with the most problematic. There is carpet in the bedrooms. It was full of pet hair like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The bedrooms also faintly smelled of urine. I assume it’s the carpet. The humidity inside; according to the thermostat, was high. At one point 93%. I am cold natured and was sweating with the temp at 70. The mattresses had indentions on each side where they were worn and need to be replaced. The living room furniture was also in poor condition. Bedding is worn. Shower doors kept coming off track. The lighting was very dem making the rooms dark.They only provided 6 towels for four people for several days stay; therefore, we had to wash towels every single day. Not enough toilet paper for the stay. We had to buy more (probably could have got it from the club house but we were at the store). There was no laundry detergent provided. Kitchen utensils were a little sparse. The location was nice, very nice neighborhood, very close to SDC. Screened porch was nice. All in all I would never stay here again. It’s in need of some tlc and the urine smell and pet hair was a deal breaker for me. I emailed the email I had about this the first night with no response. Not sure I had the right email.

Broken ice maker leaked all over food in refrigerator. Washer and dryer broken.. Carpet filthy. Shower doors (both baths off of tracks. Heat was so hot upstairs, but it was cold down. I know heat rises, but it needs repairs. Vents are so yellow, makes the condo like old.

Our stay at Mayberry

Loved the open floor plan. Cabin was clean and well stocked with cookware, extra pillows, blankets, etc. Very private with the close building proximity of other cabins. Nice screened porch. Appreciate that it is pet friendly, but with that being said, the carpet in lower master needs replacement. The blow dryer in the lower ensuite did not work.

Worst Stonebridge Experience

We stay in Stonebridge several times a year. This is our first stay in this particular cabin and it is by far our worst cabin experience in Stonebridge Village. There were many things we were willing to overlook and made a few comments through the weekend that we wouldn’t stay in this particular cabin again. Our decision was solidified when we left Sunday morning to get breakfast and returned to the cabin, only to find that we were automatically locked out. The key code no longer worked. So, here we are standing with our warm breakfast since we got it to go and can’t get into the cabin. It’s freezing outside, and our things are inside the locked cabin. It was super frustrating trying to get someone to help. The welcome center says they’re open, yet no one is there. The security officer, Terry, was the only bright spot with all this chaos. He tried and tried to help us. Sunset Nightly Rentals said they’d call us back-which they did. In the midst of this, a simple, “lets generate a new key code to get you in” would have made this scenario a much more pleasant experience, but first, she has to make comments about how she can’t believe the key code doesn’t work, etc. Well, heck yes! I can’t believe it either, but let’s offer a quick solution instead of talking about the problem. We will never stay here again or with any property managed by Sunset.

Stonebridge is Always a Safe Bet

The property was quiet, clean, roomy, and well-equipped. Parking was convenient and the view from the cottage was like being in a tree house. The floor plan works well for two couples, but those on the pull-out sofa will be locked out of a bathroom due to the dual on-suite bathrooms. Still, we love the Stonebridge neighborhood and the area this cottage is located is particularly peaceful.

Great place

Enjoyed your place. It was outbof the hussle of Branson but still close to attractions. Loved the location. I bought a 3 piece frying pan set & left it there for you. I have 4 vacation rentals 2 in Pagosa Springs Co and 2 on Crystal River in Fl. I have Keurigs in all of my units as that's something people readily have available and usually bring. I did buy a Keurig to use while I was there and then brought it home with me😬 the only suggestion that I would have is possibly a solar light that goes on motion sensored down by the stairs that go down as when we took our dogs out it was Pitch Black down there. We loved ypur place and plan on coming back to stay there again nect December. Thank you for ypur hospitality.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property. Everything was as promised. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The screened in porch was nice, clean and no bugs. I couldn't figure out the fire place. Didn't seem to be working but maybe it wasn't ready for the season ?
