Just 5 minutes to the event I was attending at Road Atlanta. Good breakfast. Coffee was ready well before 6AM.

7/28/24 We stayed 3 days. I had bedbug bites on my neck. The staff were very helpful and professional. The elevator had a strange odor. Intersection to leave hotel was very busy most of the time.

Melody, first I want to start out by saying are you sure that you are reviewing the right hotel. LaQuinta Braselton prides itself on extremely sanitary rooms. I reviewed our database and did not find any reservation in your name, nor did we hear of any complaints to our incredibly helpful staff, however after reading your review, we called our pest control professional out to inspect ALL our guest rooms on 7/30 and NO bedbugs were found.Ensuring a safe comfortable environment for our guests is our TOP PRIORITY, and we take such reports very seriously.In regard to your comments about our location and the road being pretty busy, has been noted and I would be surprised if you could hear noise from the road as our hotel sits back off the main road. I do agree that sometimes you can hear other guests, and I apologize if this caused you any inconvenience. All our guest rooms have LVT (rather than carpet) flooring for cleanliness purposes. Please do not hesitate to reach out directly to me if you would like to discuss anything else further as I would welcome your feedback.Regards,
