My wife arrived before I did, and was locked out for approximately five hours. The battery to the entrance was dead and when the manager came, she acted very rude and told her to just go buy batteries to get in. Then after that, she was locked out for five hours and still nothing was done about it. She was only able to enter the apartment around 9 o'clock at night with no explanation or follow up. It's definitely been the worst rental experience I've had. The manager, Patricia was very rude, negligent and needs to be reprimanded or moved to a different position. Communication was poor and this is unacceptable. Very poor operation.
