The hotel is well located and pretty nice. The only problem we faced was the breakfast. Thirty minutes after the opening, they were running out of food. The staff was also insufficient. Very bad planning here at the restaurant.

Bien situé, moderne, équipements de qualité
Publié le 21 juill. 2015 sur HotelsTout est dans le titre. Cet hôtel est une très belle surprise. A l'arrivée, la façade ne nous avait pas particulièrement inspiré. Puis, passage sous le porche avec la voiture, la barrière s'ouvre, on se gare. L'accueil était très professionnel. Les chambres spacieuses, la literie très confortable, tous les équipements de qualité, high tech pour certains. La salle d'eau dispose d'une magnifique douche italienne très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Le mobilier d'une manière générale est design. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du spa.

I liked the location very close to the old town centre. I liked the service provided by the staff. We left the luggage at the hotel for about three hours after checking out, and the staff was very helpful with that. The property is in very good condition.
One improvement area would be better lighting in the bathroom, specifically above the mirror. Shaving with little light is not one of my favourites.

There is no service room , poor restaurant and expensive , parking car is to small ,

Spacious accommodation excellent location

Easy walk to Main Sq and Black Church. Fab eat Street and location convenient for day trip to Bran Castle & Peles Palace which should not be missed. Stunning

We stayed one night in this hotel on our way deeper into Transylvania. Very welcoming service. The room was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center but without the noises. We slept very well. There is a small paid parking near the hotel.

The room was clean, very spacious and quiet. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was fine. I would definitely stay here again.
