Location and great service
Posted Aug. 25, 2023 on HotelsWe had an exceptional experience with this hotel. Their service was outstanding. Our travel companions had their flight changed and they didn't arrive until 4 AM. The staff was there to greet them and get them settled in their room. The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant. t is also situated in the heart of Brasov.

The perfect location!! Everything you need to see is within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was great.

2 night stay at Hoel Bela Muzica
Posted Jun. 30, 2023 on HotelsA lovely stay at Hotel Bela Muzica, centrally located iacross the syreet from the old town center Breakfast was included and and was varied and plentiful. Discount was given at hotel reastaurant for dinner. There is no elevator which could pose a problem for those not on a ground level floor. Plenty of hot water. Comfy bed and pillows.

Great restaurant downstairs! Beautiful brick lined ceilings and walls. Delicious and reasonably priced. So glad we ate there.

Great location, bad smell
Posted Dec. 22, 2022 on HotelsThe hotel is very well located right in the historic square and the building itself is a historical one renovated with care and quality materials. The rooms have everything you need. The only complaint is there is a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathrooms (tried to switch rooms and it had the same issue) which makes it very uncomfortable and unpleasant for a hotel of such prestige. They tried a quick fix pouring water, but it didn't do anything, serious maintenance is needed.

Interesting 400-year-old building, comfortable and well located. I loved the skylights in my attic room, especially since it was a full moon. The restaurant had good wine and ghoulash. Breakfast wasn’t great though. Could walk everywhere in Old Town easily from here. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi connection was pretty bad, especially in the evenings.
