Great staff, clean and comfortable

Good with minor shortcomings
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsVery nice hotel with wonderful and welcoming staff. The room was beautiful but it had some shortcomings. When we first entered after check-in it was hot like a sauna in there and it took the AC until next morning before it started to feel comfortably cool. Because of this, we were offered another room after complaining, which was a fine gesture from the staff but eventually we decided to stay anyway because the alternative room was not as nice as the one we had booked.
The refridgerator in the minibar wasn’t working at all making drinks and other stuff inside warm and unconsumable.
However, the young lady in the reception was very helpful and carried in another fridge. Unfortunately, this fridge also had issues with staying cool so I guess the quality of these fridges has to be questioned.
Their breakfast had good variety and the restaurant where you would sit down to enjoy it had a relaxing mediterranean vibe to it.
Besides the rather minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and will probably choose this hotel again if we’d ever return to Braşov.

Good middle-of-the-road hotel. Nothing special in terms of the accommodation itself, with some minor issues such as a leaking shower, but overall a good place to stay. Its big plus is that it is very well located just a few steps away from the main square in the old town. Rooms also have AC and the price does include a modest breakfast, which is convenient as well. The staff is very friendly and another plus is the 24/7 front desk.
