Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.

Me gusto la ubicación y el cuarto y el desayuno. No me gusto la atención, no limpiaron el cuarto, les llamamos y dijeron q estaban ocupados, no teniamos lugar para estacionarnos y la opcion q nos dieron estaba muy lejos. No fueron amables en general

The service there is very basic. Most of the hires are trainees and have no clue how to present their services. When trying to discuss some matters with them, none of them including managers can help. Through my membership i was supposed to get an upgrade and of course they insisted that no room is available. A quick check on the app, suggested 2 more rooms of the class above would have been available. They said it must be a system error, while Hotels confirmed they are available. Very very disappointing. When asking about adding an additional (foldable) bed or anything my daughter can sleep on, they said they don't have any of such things to provide, hence expecting us to sleep all together in 1 queen bed for the entire stay. The restaurant is empty despite the fact that they praise it as the top 10 of Brasov. Very unlikely given that they don't have staff ready to bring you to your table and you end up looking around to figure out what to do or for who to wait. Overall very very basic services and I am wondering if they got 5 stars due to the name. Many hotels in the area are much better.

Mooi en modern.

Nieuw en modern hotel in het centrum van Brasov. Ruime kamers, goed bed en keuze uit 2 kussens. Nespresso koffie en thee faciliteiten. Mooie rooftop bar. Dit is sind enige tijd mijn vast hotel voor mijn zakelijke bezoeken aan Brasov.
