Clean. Friendly staff. Laundry service. Excellent breakfast! Lots of towels and hot water for a soak in the tub. Very close to bus stops. Walkable to restaurants and grocery shopping. Quiet area. Great place to stay 👌

For that price
Everything was good Except the bed
Bed was too small
The room was big enough to put bigger bed in there.
But I don't know why they chose that small bed

Posted Oct. 2, 2023 on HotelsWhile some staff were pleasant and ready to help, others were rude and unhelpful. Asked for assistance with a light that was permanently on in the room. Was told ‘it will be dark when you close your eyes’. On the last day I was locked out of my room, 2 hours before check- out as I hadn’t yet paid the city tax. I was told at check in, I could pay when I checked out.
Room was basic. Water was luke warm in the shower. Pillow was a thinly spread collection of lumps. Asked for an alternative, it was in a similar condition. Slept using my hoodie as a pillow.
As a gold member I was told I would receive 2 free drinks at the hotel. That was not the case.

Dear Victoria,Unfortunately it will not be possible for you to book our hotel in the future, since the hotel was opened this is only second time I have put somebody in our unwanted guest list, after 12 years. Wish you everything good for the future

Nice and clean property, close to several bus stations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel during my vacation. All receptionists and staff very pleasant and helpful answering any questions regarding transportation and sights to visit.
Hotel is very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I will revisit again in the near future.
