Great location for the old town. We had a river by view which was nice. Lots of restaurants behind the hotel. Friendly staff and bag storage was very welcome. Great location for the Vienna city boat.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with this hotel and room the air conditioning did not work and while we were give 2 fans the room remained hot for our stay. We ran out of shower Gell on the first night and this was not replaced. Some of the towels were dirty. The WiFi was weak and intermittent

Shameful Radisson practice

I was disappointed to be received by charging me an extra tax of twenty odd dollars. I used no extra facilities and was charged this superfluous tax. I paid for the room with all fees and taxes included. This extra is a scam. Radisson should be ashamed to pull this off. Don’t be fooled. This is another way to gain extra monies. Bad, bad practice.
