Easy off/on the highway and near plenty of food options. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The property itself was dated but that’s to be expected in this part of the northeast. The room was spacious and the shower was great so overall I really enjoyed it. The pool and hot tub were working as well.

We had such a great stay here. For the price, it’s a definite win. It very much the Vermont vibe and we love it. There are fish and a very sweet property cat named Jerry, as well as a very clean outdoor pool. I had bought travel locks to use since it’s a motel, not a hotel, but I didn’t even end up using them because I didn’t feel a need. The woman at the front desk was so kind and lovely and there were plenty of touristy things to do within a 10 minute ride. Looking forward to going back again!

Staff was wonderful and super friendly. Old motel rooms need old smoke remediation and attention to air conditioning units for moisture control.

Thank you for the feedback. We are and have been a strictly non smoking property. The guest room you were in has been outfitted with new ceiling paint, wallpaper, carpet etc. We did realize after your comments here that smoking guests were smoking at the end of the building where the smoke odor was getting into your room's ac unit! We have remedied the issue and bleached the entire unit. The drain had also been clogged which is where the moisture came into play. Thank you for letting us know so that we were able to address the problem in the future. We appreciate your candor and hope to impress you nest time you visit Brattleboro!

Great neighbourhood and lovely staff. Room was a nice size and bedding, restroom clean but smells a bit musty and overall needs a bit of refresh.
