The 2-room apartment (with Wi-Fi Anschlauss) is located on the tenth floor / house 1 in a sunny south facing with stunning views over the mountains and forests in the area. The swimming pool of the hotel complex is included in the apartment price.
The 50m² holiday home sleeps 2-4 people. A bedroom with two single beds (200x90), which can be pushed together as a double bed. 2 additional beds (180x200) - intended for a "short stay" - are available on the sofa bed in the living / dining area. The apartment also has a living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, etc.), bathroom with shower and a balcony / loggia over the entire 6m long window front.
Parking is available outside and / or in the parking garage free of charge. Restaurants and shops can be found in the center and within easy walking distance. Outside the apartment complex there is a miniature golf course and a playground. For the winter a toboggan slope directly at the house and for sports and active vacationers, there are destinations in the vicinity: For - cross-country skiers - are only a few minutes away trails with interesting route available. For - downhill skiers - is the Wurmberg (971m above sea level) in Braunlage, with its snow cannons and the total of about 12km of ski slopes (longest descent 4km), with gondola and / or chairlift, only about 15 minutes away. In addition, you can reach in about 15 minutes by car - a mountain bike course - with a challenging route (start is on the summit of Wurmberg).
