I only encountered one staff person at the front desk. She seemed to be doing it all. We had the room right next to front desk and our noisy neighbors kept us up until 2:30 a.m. Breakfast was less than desirable, probably because the one kitchen staff was outside texting on her phone and not even in the building which left the front desk staff trying to assist. The bagels were stale, only one side of the toaster worked, the coffee was room temperature. I will not stay at this property again.

Very Nice Hotel

Best Western Covered Bridge Inn is a very clean and well run hotel. Very close to interstate 70. Breakfast was excellent. Particularly loved the make your own pancakes as they came down a conveyor onto your plate. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible service from the first second - was charged an incorrect amount that I now need to dispute. Room was never cleaned - tub did not empty and asked for it to be fixed and was never fixed

Our tv had issues We had 11 wasp in our window alive When we called down to front desk the lady said she was by her self but we could come and get raid

Best Western stay

It was an average Hotel charging 4 star prices. I won’t stay again. The breakfast machine broke, The towels were old and thin. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner containers were empty. Breakfast options were minimal. The desk people and cleaners were good. The hotel needs to invest in upgrading the customer service areas.

Would stay here again

Hotel was nice enough. Unfortunately the power was out when we got there from the storms that went through. Had to sleep in the car in the parking lot most of the night. Got checked in around 2:30am.
