There was no one at the front desk. We had to check in using a kiosk, the person on screen was friendly and helped me with directions. TV in our room didn’t work.

Tv didn't work and no one knew how to fix it.

First of all no personal. Virtual check in which in my opinion isn’t very welcoming. If they don’t want to be there why would I. Room wasn’t very clean. It looked like snot all over the mirrors. The towels were stained( one even still had a foot print on it). The frig and microwave were dirty. The freezer was frozen shut because someone had left it turned all the way up what look like for weeks. The television was in very poor condition. The air conditioning unit sounded as if was going to blow up at any minute. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting 5stars. But I always Expect to have a clean room no matter the physical condition. Especially after dealing with covid.
