If you're looking for a large, quiet house in the countryside, La Grande Reignière is definitely for you. It's a beautiful stone house surrounded by a fully enclosed landscaped garden with views of the surrounding fields.
Near the house is a beautifully enclosed 450 m² lake, perfect for fishing for carp, roach, or pike. With a boat, you can leave the water's edge! A second 900 m² pond, just a 400-meter walk away, offers another fishing setting.
For a family stay, you'll appreciate the large dining room/kitchen with its fireplace; the large living room; and the four beautiful bedrooms, all with comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own small sink. A shower is accessible to all. The master bedroom has its own private shower room. The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV.

As for activities outside the cottage, you're 4 km from the Colmont Leisure Park (canoeing, treetop adventure course, swin golf, paintball, bike rentals - book in advance). For swimming, Ambrières-les-Vallées offers a swimming pool in the summer.
And of course, you can enjoy the Colmont River, with its wild setting, a first-class river for fishing. Indeed, the Colmont Valley is one of the most picturesque areas of Mayenne.
Hiking enthusiasts: this area is crisscrossed by numerous hiking trails of all distances.
In Ambrières-les-Vallées, you can find the towpath, well-known as the Vélofrancette, voted the best cycling route, with a dedicated lane for nearly 100% of the route. You'll also find activities such as mini-golf, pedal boats, and horseback riding.

Don't miss the Jardin des Renaudies in Colombiers-du-Plessis, a must-visit or book for weddings and receptions. Mr. Renault is notably the creator of the Vanilla-Strawberry Hydrangea Paniculata. A little further away, the Jardin de la Pellerine, a remarkable private garden exceptional for its diversity.

The town of Mayenne, with its castle, shops, and river, is 20 km away. The owners will guide you to discover and visit local farms and farm products.

From Brécé, you can reach Mont Saint Michel in 1 hour; a round trip is possible in a day. In a day, you can also discover spectacular sites such as Fougères and its castle, the Parc Floral du Chatelier, and Lassay-les-Châteaux and its rose garden. Your accommodation includes: on the ground floor: a 26m² living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a large 23m² lounge where everyone can gather, and an office with a 90cm rollaway bed to accommodate an additional bed. Upstairs, a master suite with a 160cm bed and an 18m² shower room, three bedrooms with two 90cm beds each, a separate shower, and a toilet.
Children's playground equipment is available: an outdoor trampoline and a climbing frame in the shade of a weeping willow.
In the garden, you have a covered area and a terrace, as well as the natural shade of the trees.
