The property was clean, and the owner was awesome to work with. The resort was beautiful as well. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Breck Stay

A charming place to stay
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin is small but has ample space for our family of 4. The lofted sleeping area is a huge bonus as you get two large beds in a cabin this small is impressive (no need for the fold out couch). The host was very communicative, kind, and made us feel welcome.
The cabin has everything you need to cook meals (pots, pans, tons of plates and cups, and even common spices/cooking oils. Major grocery stores are close by.
A note for summer stays: no a/c (as expected in the mountains) and we didn’t see a fan, but it cools off so much at night that we slept comfortably with some windows open.
Would definitely stay again.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We feel we provide detailed descriptions & pictures of our tiny home for our guest to understand & see what they are renting. Per Breckenridge Short Term Regulations & Tiger Run Resort Regulations the loft area for all Tiger Run properties is off limits, that is why we do not advertise & block off that area. It is very unfortunate but it is a regulation we are forced to comply with. We love the central location as well! Thank you- Alexis
