La estancia en el hotel fue genial. La atencion en el restaurante excelente. La atencion en la entrada excelente. La habitacion limpia y confortable. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que te obligan a pagar el valet parking, o dra el hotel tiene su propio parquro pero no te dan la opcion de parquear tu mismo y ek valet parking es 55 dolares diarios.

Ski in and out (across the street). It is newly renovated and within walking distance of downtown. All parking is valet (a bit expensive). The bar and restaurant are great. The best feature: ski locker valet service!

GREAT HOTEL! BEST IN BRECK!

Truly enjoyed my experience. The staff are incredible, the hotel is beautiful and they really put thought and care into the design. I loved the speak easy bar which a lot of people dont know about. The restaurants are great as well and food and cocktails were amazing. Its a short walk to peak 9 chair lift but also to the main village road. I will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

This hotel is awesome. Everything seems brand new. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, spacious rooms. Hotel staff is so friendly. Love the restaurant choices on the property. Location is perfect across from a chair lift.

We booked a month in advance and I called the night before confirming and requesting a crib. Day of none of the front desk staff could tell us what was wrong with the reservation until hours later when manager said it over sold our rooms, he ended up finding us another room but that was the start. Multiple times through our stay our keys stop working and with a family and snow gear it’s inconvenient to wait outside room. The staff tried hard to make things right and I appreciate it but little things add up and that’s why it wasn’t the greatest stay. The hotel is beautiful and transportation shuttle great, live music and hot tubs were great.

This hotel is amazing, loved the shuttle to everywhere in the area, very convenient. They were very accommodating , got a great room mountain view with balcony and prosseco bottle with truffle chocolates and a hand written note, since it was my birthday, not sure if it was Expedia or hotel Staff but it was a great surprise! 10/10

Great area, needs more elevators and staff

This hotel is in a GREAT location and is family-friendly. The only downside is that there is only one elevator, and if you are on floors 8-10, then you have to take two elevators, and the wait can be up to 10 minutes. The restaurant was short-staffed, and the wait was longer than expected.

It's a very nice, newly renovated property- Hilton, by Curio. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with tasty and 'some' healthy substitutions, but a bit overpriced for the portion size at times. The staff was courteous, cheerful, and attentive to include the valets and Bells. There is an issue when it comes to pre-purchasing the 'breakfast option' through Hotels.com, or other 3rd party websites. I had to request the assistance of a manager to resolve confusion on this issue. The first manager I spoke with on this 'charge' issue was not helpful. The 2nd manager who assisted me was very helpful. This 'breakfast charge' is an issue for the hotel, as many other hotel guests I spoke with were in similar situations, and the hotel staff was either confused and/or not fully aware of the $$ amounts Hilton negotiated with 3rd party hotel booking sites for breakfast, as the amount paid varied, as mentioned to me by other guests. Parking: only one option- valet- which is 55 dollars per night- very high, unless you want to park 1/4-1/2 mile away and walk to the hotel, which is slightly uphill. Note: The hotel's resort fee of $45 per night resort fee is added after checkout. The Apres ski was a disappointment- only hot apple cider was made available & when they ran out, it was not refilled- even after requesting to the desk staff to refill. Hot cocoa, cookies or other afternoon snacks typically provided at hotels of this calibre, were only provided for an added fee.
