Crystal Peak Lodge is the finest property in Breckenridge.

Forty steps from the lodge to the lift and legendary Breckenridge snow. The lift adjacent to the lodge puts lots of gentle beginners and intermediate Peak 7 terrain right outside your door and yet you have full and easy access to all of Breckenridge and the amazing range of beauty and challenge Breck has to offer.

Have lunch next to the lodge or put your feet up in the condo. For dinner go next door to the fabulous Seven's Restaurant, order a delivery pizza or prepare a five-star meal in our gourmet kitchen. A free shuttle will take you anywhere in town. But you'll probably want to stay right here.

In the public areas, enjoy the hot tubs (two tubs, two temperatures), the steam room, workout equipment and a large central public room with flat screen TVs, pool table, large lounging furniture in several conversation pits and a forty foot high glass wall looking up the slopes.

Your skis and boards are securely stored inside next to the slopes. Ski a few runs and come in for a cup of coffee and back to the slopes. Or take a longer break and hop in the hot tub and watch the skiers.

Eight-inch thick concrete construction and the corner location make this easily accessed third-floor unit SILENT. Enjoy our great entertainment system and the large dining table, comfortable leather furniture, reading chairs where you can glance up and watch skiers on the slopes. Your choice of a large tub or a glass-enclosed shower in the master bedroom. New this year, Tempurpedic mattress in each bedroom! There is a separate private bath and shower facility for the second bedroom.

There is a pull out queen bed in the living room and a separate Cord a Roy stuff bed.

You will walk in and say WOW, did we get the right place. Nothing ordinary here. That is our promise. Come to stay at this beautiful, comprehensively equipped and impeccably maintained property ON the slopes, not near them, not down the street.

Outstanding in every way! Eric is a great communicator and was extremely prompt replying to questions. The condo has a fantastic location at the base of Independence Lift and also right next to the gondola! We loved staying there!

This listing was exactly as described. We've visited Breckenridge a few times and always enjoy returning. Staying right at the base of peaceful Peak 7 was perfect for two couples, with plenty of space and comfort. The convenience of hopping on the gondola to reach Peak 8 in just a few minutes made it even better. Plus, the access to the gear locker room and the shuttle service—just like an Uber—were fantastic bonuses!

My son and I absolutely loved our time at your unit. The location could not be better. A quick trip down the elevator brought us to the ski locker room, which was only steps from the Independence chair lift. There is not a better location to stay in Breckenridge!

This condo was the perfect ski in ski out location. The ski rentals are downstairs, along with restaurant, hot tub, fitness center, ski lockers, etc. The owner was great to work with and the condo was nicely appointed with a well stocked kitchen. The gondola access and shuttle was a definite plus! We will definitely be back!

Great Ski-in/ski-out Property at Breckenridge
One of the handful of properties that's directly slope-side in Breckenridge. The host was prompt with communication and very attentive when there were any questions or issues that needed to be resolved. When you stay slope-side in most resorts in Colorado, you'll end up paying many times more than this very reasonably priced listing. I will hope to be back soon!

BRECK is our happy place!
Nothing better than staying in a great place to enjoy Breck and the region in the fall. The condo was the perfect base camp and met our high expectations! After hiking, biking and traveling around, the hot tub on site was always a welcoming and soothing site. Look forward to returning again in the near future.

Great Short Stay during the Summer!
Eric was a fantastic commuincator and couldn't have been any easier to get to and into the property. Secure garage parking, storage access and you are right in the ix of everything on the mountain. Was a bit skeptical on the size of the place based on the size of our family and the fact we usually get a bigger house that is spread out, but was pleasantly surprised and felt much roomier than the specs say it is. The Sevens restuarant was a frequent stop for us since it was so convenient, coupled with some of the simple activities right there at the base of the mountain during the summer, my wife and i could actually enjoy dinner together while the kids stayed busy. Highly recommend Eric's spot!

Great Spot in Breck-True Ski Out/In view of Peak 7
Last minute Spring skiing trip with wife. Great unit overlooking the lift at base of 7. All amenities great, had breakfast at Sevens, the hot tubs were slope side and the checkin key box was easy . Place was very clean and unlike most units that we have stayed at Crystal Peak Lodge prior, this unit had coffee, and cooking accompaniments, spices, oil, that make it easy if you dont stop at a market on the way up. Highly reccomend!

The condo was perfect ski-in/out location. It was clean, spacious, quiet, well stocked kitchen and provided a lot of nice touches including smart TV, and QR codes for the shuttle service app. The shuttle was very convenient providing multiple drop off and pickup stops in town. Simply the Best!
Can’t say enough good things about both the property and the host. From start to finish, everything has been excellent. Location, location, location. Literally steps to either Peak 7 lifts for skiing or to the gondola to take you to Peak 8 or a scenic ride into downtown Breck. Condo itself was beautiful with everything you need to enjoy the stay. Kitchen was well stocked for home cooked meals after a great day of skiing. Host was incredibly helpful making sure this trip was perfect. Lots of great memories!

This condo had everything we needed and was so cozy and comfortable. Pick up your ski rentals in the same building. Restaurant options in the neighboring building. Free shuttle to downtown. Gondola right outside the door to take you to other peaks for skiing. Quick access to the private locker room to warm up between runs. Indoor parking is great! Crockpot! Great appliances and cozy beds. Large bathrooms with two sinks in each. Great views of the ski runs! No complaints!

The Epitome of 5 Stars
We have stayed several places in Breckenridge in the last couple years. We come at least 2-3 times a year. This place will most certainly be in our rotation for years to come! Comfy beds, GREAT ON CALL shuttle service wherever you want, ski lockers, hot tub, hot water…I could go on. But there’s more….Despite the condo being perfect, to say Eric was accommodating for an extremely unfortunate change in plans is a massive understatement. When I rented this condo for March and sustained a season ending (possibly year ending) injury in park city a week before I was supposed to come, Eric let me pospone my visit BY A YEAR on short notice. It honestly made me cry when I learned he would allow my family to rebook. Don’t look any further, just book this property. You won’t find a property or a host like this. Believe me!
