Chateau St Francis ** Elegant Three Bedroom Private Townhome **

A professionally decorated townhome adjacent to the Snowflake Lift with access to both Peaks 8 & 9 and a short walk to Main St Breckenridge. Chateau St Francis has three bedrooms + loft, four bathrooms, a private hot tub, two fireplaces and radiant floor heat throughout. It is perfect for a family holiday. The home accommodates up to eight guests.

The chateau's 2400 square feet (231 square meters) with the great room, dining room, deck with hot tub and kitchen on the main level and bedrooms above and below, is designed for daytime interaction and nighttime privacy.

Adjacent to the great room is a private deck with a new hot tub that's perfect for relaxing with the kids or a glass of wine while gazing at the night lights of Breckenridge, the Milky Way or during the day, the Colorado landscape and wildlife.
The deck overlooks a 1/2 acre of wild flowers and open space including multiple rock gardens.
As an end unit, It has privacy uncommon to a ski area property.

The dining area features an elk chandelier, an antique walnut dining room table and an authentic Indian woven rug; it sits 8 including 6 person leather seating in the dining room and the adjacent breakfast bar.

The chalet's sleeping arrangements can accommodate 6-8 adults and includes:
* a top floor, professionally decorated master suite with a king-size bed, 32' flat screen TV, gas fireplace and walk-in closet. The bathroom has been completely re-decorated with granite counter tops, an antique chandelier, a soaking tub, a fully enclosed shower and his/her sinks
* a loft area with a deck and a loveseat perfect for relaxing with a good book. The loveseat is a single hide-a-bed to accommodate a young child or single adult.
* a lower level with new carpeting and a professionally decorated, private master bedroom with a full-sized queen bed, full bath with jetted tub, shower, his/her sinks and walk-in closet
* a private third bedroom with twin beds, a trundle, an extra pull-out mattress and full bath

Cotton linens grace all the beds in the unit.

The townhome home has multiple entertainment options:

* a selection of best sellers and historic literature is located in the reading area of the loft including letters and speeches from Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln and other early US Presidents.

For your convenience the townhome has a large laundry room equipped with a Bosch washer, & dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.

Attached to the home is a private heated garage with plenty of room for putting on or taking off ski boots.

Across the street from the townhome is the Snowflake Chairlift and Blue Sky Lodge featuring a health spa, ski rentals, lift ticket office and ski storage.

Perfect Ski Location
My family of six loved staying here during our annual ski trip. The house is roomy and comfortable and a great location for downhill skiing, nordic skiing, and an easy walk into downtown Breckenridge for dinner.

Girls Ski Trip 2024!
For our annual girls ski trip 2024, Chateau St. Francis house did not disappoint! Great location! Good bedroom / bathroom layout, plus it was nice to have humidifiers in each bedroom. The hot tube was definitely a welcome treat after spending an entire day on the slopes. The property was as described in the listing. The one suggestion we would make is to have some basic items/condiments more readily available in the kitchen, i.e. sugar, tea, olive oil, plastic wrap, etc.... We would definitely stay again! Beautiful home in a great location
This is a beautifully furnished town house with comfortable beds, a great hot tub and the most well- equipped kitchen I’ve ever encountered in a rental. Pamela and Steve were very easy to deal with. They provided detailed instructions for everything we needed to know about the house and quickly responded to one question we asked during the week. It is just a short walk to the base of the Snowflake lift which is a great way to access either Peak 8 or 9 without waiting in a long line. We will definitely consider renting this unit again!

Everything we needed for a great stay
Perfect....the unit was fully furnished with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Kitchen had everything to make meals for 6 adults. Great communication between prop owner and our group and unit was incredibly clean......and perfect location....3 min walk to lift and 10 min walk to Main St.. Great unit!!!!!!

Comfortable Condo in Great Location
We loved our stay in January 2023, and Pamela was a great host. The home is warm and inviting; the heated garage and private hot tub are fab. The pictures on VRBO are completely accurate. The home is superbly well appointed, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location for skiing is great -- just across the road from the Snowflake lift, and on the FreeRide Breckenridge bus route, for a one-stop ride to Beaver Run/Peak 9 base. The downhill walk into town took about 15 minutes, but the bus also takes you there. We loved these restaurants: Mimo for tapas, and Piante Pizzeria for the BEST vegan pizza. This was a great location for a winter ski break!

Wonderful ski house!
We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, with tons of space and charm. Beds were comfortable, including the thoughtful touch of including humidifiers in all the bedrooms. Lovely updated bathrooms. Heated floors. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Super convenient to the snowflake lift, with easy bus access there to other lifts. Wifi good enough to handle work zoom calls. Pamela was a wonderful host, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

What a great place for a ski week! Pics don't do it justice!
Our family of 5 stayed at Pamela's place for a week of skiing over spring break. It was the perfect place for us for several reasons. First, we have stayed in many VRBO (and the other competitors) places and this was without a doubt the cleanest property we have rented. Second - location, location, location! It is maybe 20 yards from the snowflake lift to start your day and you can ski back to the lift to end it (minor shuffle spots on return trail but not bad). Also a short easy walk to town for dinner. Third - it's really quiet and secluded. You can sit in the hot tub on your deck and not see another person. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, humidifiers for us low-landers and tons of space! It's a really big place. Pamela was a great host who responded fast to any question we had (also great restaurant recommendations - thank you!) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home steps away from ski rental and lifts
We were a group of 6 and had a wonderful stay here. Our host was lovely and very attentive. Everything was clean and the kitchen was ready to cook family-style meals (but bring your own oil, spices, coffee, etc. Only salt & pepper in the house). The house is a 3 min walk to the lifts and there is a rental place (Charter Sports Blue Sky Breck) as well as a lift pick up area right there. The house is also a quick 10 min walk to the village where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Thank you Pamela for making our stay so wonderful!

Lovely home, great location
It was our first visit to Breck and our family of six adults very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo has a great layout and it’s just a short walk to the Snowflake lift and an easy walk into town. The unit was very clean (my wife was very happy!). We had a problem with the fridge on the day of our arrival and the owner was very responsive, getting it fixed the next day and keeping us posted every step of the way. The owners know Breck and were very helpful recommending restaurants and other attractions. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Ideal location
Our stay was wonderful. The house was cozy and clean and the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. The location couldn't have been better. We walked to the ski rental shop/chair-lift and were skiing in no time. The Snowflake Chair is also well situated in the middle of the many hills and lifts, so we easily alternated which side of the mountain we wanted to try out each day. The town was nearby, and great for shopping and good food. Pamela was very responsive and helpful, with great recommendations. We highly recommend her place for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful trip to Breckenridge
Our group had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, easy to get to and best of all, right next to a lift. The owners were easy to contact and check in process couldn't be smoother. It had plenty of room for our group and everything we needed. The hot tub was clutch after a long day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to hit the slopes. I hope next time we come back this place is available because we would definitely stay again.

Family Ski Trip
We spent a great, fun week here. This home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The heated floors were wonderful, and there was an air filter on the main living floor. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and there were humidifiers in each of the bedrooms. Having our own private hot tub on the deck was so relaxing after a day on the slopes! The kitchen is impressively well-stocked, lots of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils...anything can be prepared! The short walk to the Snowflake Lift was easy, and there was never a line to get on the lift. We walked into town several nights, an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. This is a beautiful home in an excellent location.

This is the perfect location for the entire family!!
The location is excellent for easy in and out skiing!! It’s a short walk to shop and eat, great location once again! The property is so spacious with in floor heat and a heated garage!! Couldn't have been better
We absolutely LOVED our time in the Sparaugh's condo. It was just the perfect place. We loved how close it was to the Snowflake lift- we easily walked across the street and hopped on the lift. It was convenient to rent our skis from Charter Sports right by the lift because then we could leave them there when we came back for lunch or when we were done skiing in the evenings. The hot tub was one of our favorite amenities. Such a great way to relax in the evenings. The heated floors were such a treat too. Now I want them in my house! We would 100% come back to stay at this condo and would not hesitate to recommend it!
