Super Ski Pad - Ski in, Ski Out, Walk to Town.

Truely unique 1 bedroom 2 full bath located on the Snowflake run just above the Snowflake lift. Literally lock the door with your skis on and and ski right back to the door. No walking with your ski equipment at all, unlike other so called ski in ski out properties. A short 5 minute walk to center of Main Street or you can take the free shuttle. Private hot tub to die for right outside the door on the ski run.

This unit has an upscale rustic finish with alder cabinets and doors, granite tile countertops, and private entrance facing the ski slope. The furniture is rustic as well with a comfy couch (folds into a bed) and overstuffed chair to chill out in. In the bedroom, there is a king-sized bed and full bath. Get cooking in the kitchen or use the grill out by the hot tub as you recover from a day on the mountain.

Summer time super low rates as well. Feel free to call for last minute deals.

Enjoy yourself just far enough from the hustle of Main Street but close enough to walk there.

Our Annual Breckenridge Ski Trip
This was our second time staying at this property. A true ski in/out. The private and clean hot tub is much appreciated after a fun day of skiing. The two bathrooms are a bonus and the king size bed is very comfortable.

Great spot
This is a wonderfully located apartment. Large living space which worked well for my adult children. If you're looking for fancy finishes, try somewhere else. This is homely, basic, but perfectly comfortable accommodation. We loved our stay here, being able to clip skis on in the morning and ski the short distance to the Snowflake lift. The ski in approach is flat in parts, so not ideal for snowboarders, but still an easy ski down Four O'Clock run and a short walk. We had a wonderful stay. The best thing by far is the location.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic ski in / ski out unit. My son and I had a great trip and enjoyed the convenience of this property. Walk right out the door and ski down to the lift. We were able to stop back during the day for lunch which saved us time and money. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this location several times. It's perfect for 2 people that like ski in/ski out. Ski down to the Snowflake lift. Ski home right to your private patio at the end of the day. Save some energy at the end of the day, the Snowflake run is pretty flat halfway down.

What a location!
Unbelievable to be literally on the ski slope. You just walk outside and you're on Snowflake, with a 15-second ride to the Snowflake lift. Fun to watch skiers go by from the hot tub or from inside the condo. It was very quiet and comfortable, and nice having two full bathrooms. Would stay again!

True Ski-in, ski-out
Many other places in this neighborhood claim ski in, ski out, but this unit is the real deal. Just above the snowflake left, you’ll be able to put your skis on right outside your door. In addition, the private hot tub is a real plus. Of course, Michael was great, very accommodating and very responsive. Our schedule changed a little bit and he was easy to work with. The unit is nicely appointed and the kitchen has everything you need, including the essential crockpot for post-skiing chili. We have found the place we want to stay in next year!

Truest Ski-In/Ski-Out Stay Ever
Literally on a run, so we skied to lift, and ended each day back right at our doorstep. Watching others end their day, from the comfort of the hot tub, was awesome. It also meant flexibility for lunch and more freedom on when to start and stop skiing. The host was responsive and cares about his guests. We really enjoyed our stay, and this is our new favorite for Breckenridge!!! By the way, the bed and pull-out both were comfortable and having two bathrooms was terrific.

Property is in a nice location and could be great. Very pretty views out back. Owner and check in process were good. Entire unit, couches and bedding smell strongly of old cigarette smell. Overall needs updating and a good refresh.

Perfect spot!

Fantastic mountain stay
Easy check in process in a gorgeous mountain town full of friendly people. The hot tub was great and a perk after long days walking around or biking to Frisco. I made a comment about wanting to see mountain goats at check in and was given fantastic directions on where to go which was great!

Awesome weekend!
Super clean, everything just as advertised, tons of room, enjoyed the hot tub with a view. We hiked right out the front door up past the reservoir and had a terrific time. I just hope this unit is available next time we go to Breck, cuz I’ll be back!
