Hello and thank you for your valued feedback about our property. We have had some construction near the property that unfortunately is some within our control and some without our control. We try our best to keep the noise between 9am-5pm. We do have some updates that will be starting in the near future! We hope you still enjoyed your time in Breckenridge and we thank you for choosing Hyatt.

Nowhere on the reservation did it mention that this was a Hyatt property. We couldn't find the property while driving so we parked and walked. Still had a hard time and walked in to the Hyatt which is where the reservation was. The underground parking garage was a NIGHTMARE. We were told to only park where a Hyatt sign was but couldn't find anything. Got lost trying to get back to the reservation desk. Room was still not ready after 4:30. Overall bad experience.

It is a shared space and we try the best to accommodate our guests with our property maps and front desk guidance and we are sorry we missed this at check in. We also will pass this along to press for earlier check-ins. Our standard time is 4pm and we appreciate the feedback so we can improve in this area.

Great place to stay! Our room was great, beds comfy and great location! I would definitely recommend! Travis and all the staff at the front desk were wonderful!

The hotel was very well priced. The room was very comfortable and had a mini kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, cookware and utensils. The large jacuzzi tub was an unexpected addition. Everyone was very friendly.
