Our recently remodeled health club is one of the finest in Breckenridge with a fantastic new heated indoor/outdoor pool with children’s play area, hot tubs with waterfall features, steam room, sauna, locker rooms with bathing suit dryers, workout area with new equipment, and a family gathering area with a fireplace, tv, pool table, shuffleboard, and video games. There is also a movie room that can accommodate 10-15 people and an Xbox gaming room, both of which can be reserved ahead of time.

Here's why you should stay with us:

1. Located in the best spot in Breckenridge: at the base of Peak 9 and one block to historic Main Street; walk to nearly everything in town
2. Mountain elegance with nods to Breckenridge's mining heritage: high-quality leather furniture, gas stone fireplace, granite countertops with copper gold pan sinks, ceiling fans, and Colorado artwork
3. Hotel-quality mattresses, comforters, pillows, and linens. We wash and sanitize ALL linens after each stay, including the duvet covers.
4. Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes needed to make a gourmet meal for six
5. Super-nice electronics including giant 70 inch TV, Xfinity cable, most major streaming services, BluRay disc players; free wireless internet

There is a brand new washer and dryer located on our floor about 20 yards down the hallway from our front door, payable via PayRange smartphone app.
8. Walk less than 200 meters to National Forest and QuickSilver chairlift...accesses the entire mountain, but particularly good for beginner skiers. (The QuickSilver chairlift is typically open from Thanksgiving week to mid-April.)
9. Kid-friendly: Ski and Ride School and equipment rental on-site; Pack 'N Play available; now partnering with BabyQuip! to provide no-hassle delivery of additional clean, safe, and sanitized baby gear

Absolutely Perfection!
This condo was absolutely amazing. The views made me pick it, however the LOCATION was what made it even more perfect! This place was a dream of a snug cabin however in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. We had ski lessons & the Quicksilver lift a VERY short walk across the plaza.The amenities were phenomenal as well. Highly recommend for friends & family!

Great stay
Our family of 5 spent a wonderful 5 nights here. Everything was great, super clean, exactly as pictured and literally steps to the quicksilver chairlift. We paid extra for the underground parking and it was worth it to have a heated space away from the snow and meter maids. Walking to downtown for dinner was easy as well. Overall was great and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Amazing condo and host!
Joe was the best host, provided very clear instructions and was always available to talk if we had any questions. The condo was in a great location, true ski in/out for my skiers and right in the town for the non skiers! Very clean, well appointed, great layout, and great views from the top floor! The elevator and heated coveted parking garage also came in very handy. Will stay here again for sure!

I was very pleased with my stay. The place was exactly as advertised. The check in/check out process was very simple. The condo was in a perfect spot and was very clean. We loved the condo. Perfect location to the slopes and easy walk to everything on Main street. Host was very responsive from the minute we booked. Would recommend to everyone. ONLY complaint, and it wouldn't detour me from staying again, the beds were pretty firm and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Downtown Breckenridge Penthouse Condo
We have stayed at this property before and love its location--great for easy access to Breckenridge's main street where the shopping and restaurants are. The condo itself is great as it is on the top floor and accommodates two couples very nicely. Highly recommend it.

Just Incredible
I’d give this place an 11 out of 10 if I could. Unreal views, incredible location to downtown and trails, and the unit itself is wonderful. The Village has lots of amenities for kids as well. If we ever venture back to Breck, there’s no doubt as to where we’re going to stay. Joe was great with communication and it’s obvious they take pride in being great hosts. Got home last night and we miss it already!

A spacious lovely corner unit
This place is perfect! Super organized and responsive owner. Top floor corner unit has very spacious living/dining area and bedrooms. Great views, and we enjoyed sitting on the larger balcony. In excellent condition, clean and well-stocked. Our first time staying in a multi-story (seven floors) building with shared parking, and we liked it more than we expected. Once parked, an easy walk to Main Street. If we return to Breckenridge, we for sure want to stay in this unit again.

Over and Above Expectations
The pictures in the listing were beautiful, but they did not do the property, facilities, or views justice. We have used VRBO for several years now. This condo was the best! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. Every little thing was thought of by this owner. The kitchen was well stocked and organized, the beds were so comfortable, the instructions and guest book were awesome. I could go on and on. You can't go wrong staying here.
