We enjoyed the location and the room was spacious and well-appointed. Very comfortable. The housekeeping could have been better. The remote control was sticky and there was hair left on the shower wall. We also found random socks in various locations. Another issue was that there was A LOT of noise early Sunday morning. I think maybe it was related to trash pickup - but it just went on and on. Very disruptive to sleep - prior to 8 am on a Sunday. Annoying. Finally - there needs to be better explanation that the room is in the WEST side. And there needs to be signage of the WEST side. There is NOTHING marking that in the garage or on the outside. There are several markings for the East Water House elevator - which makes it seem like it's the only one. So we went up the wrong elevator with all of our stuff - and had no idea where the room was. The next day, we helped someone else who had made the same error. They need to explain that better at the front desk. And there should be signage.

Excellent location to access the Quicksilver Superchair, the ski valet and bars and restaurants. Rooms, parking and amenities as advertised.

Nice place, good location. No coffee filters or other kitchen consumables other than salt and pepper and a not very fresh packet of coffee. Main desk and ski storage a bit far 2 buildings away
