Nice condo
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe only got to stay at this house a couple of hours before plumbing issues forced us to pack up and go somewhere else. It was okay because they found us another place. That was after several phone calls to get to the right person. Other place was very nice. It was disappointing though because we really wanted this place because of limited stairs and living quarters all on one level. This next place was all stairs. It was difficult because my husband has had 3 knee replacements. All in all worked out I guess. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding so definitely the added stress made things tricky. All worked out I guess

We apologize for the plumbing issues that affected the entire building, and unfortunately, we could only assist you by moving you to an upgraded property. We understand the stairs were a difficult adjustment for your husband, and we sincerely regret any discomfort this caused. However, we hope you enjoyed the lovely property and private hot tub. Awesome Stay!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom the moment I booked this was the most pleasant experience. The condo was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Very clean with a nice garage to park my truck in. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night, yet not far from downtown Breck. When I’m back in Breck next summer I will definitely try to book the same place!!
Highly recommend!!

Great family Condo
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great summer family get away to Breckenridge! The condo is very clean and very spacious for our family of 5! Kids loved the bunk room and pool/hot tub. Many great hiking trails near the property we were able to walk to and go! Our patio was closed during our stay and the hair dryers so not work, otherwise it was perfect!

Wonderful … but
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe best afternoon was also the afternoon that the patio was being refurbished with sanders that made it impossible to prepare our evening meal. They worked till 630 because of daylight! We have appreciated a note or message to realign our vacation’s menu!

True Ski In/Ski Out Vacation Home
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOne of the most convenient ski in/ski out vacation homes I have visited. Could either step out on the back deck and go down 6 steps to get to slopes OR go out the front door, ride the elevator to ground floor and step down ONE step to get to slopes. Apartment very well appointed with enough wall pegs for my family of 6 to hold skis, poles and jackets with plastic trays for boots.
Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Complex also had a small indoor pool and an indoor as well as an outdoor hot tub which we used almost daily for apres ski. We did get lucky with snow. I think we got 12-14 inches while we were there. All trails and lifts were open all week save closures for high winds and once for lightning (a first for me)!
