When we arrived at 7:00 in the evening for our stay, we found out that the elevator was broken and they didn’t have any more rooms available on the first floor. We had to carry our luggage to the second floor by stairs. Then we find out the ice machine was broken on second floor. Had to use stairs again. Otherwise our room was good. Breakfast was good

This is the best property I've stayed at in a long time!! It was the clean everywhere, lovely décor, great blackout shades, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast options, convenient location with access to plenty of dining, and they respect their guest's need for quite (sleep) by posting "quite hours". Highly recommended.

False advertising of amenities. Left early.
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBed spring was poking through and stabbing my husband in the ribs. Room had cobwebs on the ceiling, dead bugs in the corner of the room, and mildew in the shower. Only reason we chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool, but was not made aware on check in that it was closed due to the fact that their ceiling was leaking. Tried telling us it was a new problem due to recent rain but the ceiling is bowing, evidence that this has been a problem in the making and should have been addressed sooner. No manager available on site to address concerns and handle the cancellation request, which is unacceptable. A hotel should always have a manager available to address customer needs. Washing machine also broke. Don’t advertise amenities you obviously can’t provide customers. It’s false advertising.
