Can tell they’re doing a bit of renovation outside. Room was good except door handle was tricky as it was loose.. front desk promised to tell maintenance asap

This will definitely not be an option moving forward. They charged me a $100 deposit and said it would be refunded. My wife contacted me and let me know they did refund it when I checked out, then recharged it when I left. Can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss. It wasn’t a terrible hotel just kinda “put together” if you know what I mean.

My room was very old with rust and repaired broken bathroom tiles. The carpet was disgusting...I had to wear flipflops anytime I walked. The window wouldn't open. The pool was only 5' deep!! The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffel maker. I called in advance to discuss my upcoming trip and at the end of the conversation I asked for the first name of the person who I talked with. She refused to give it quoting company policy. When I pushed back saying I only wanted a first name she hung up on me!!!!! When I called back I asked for the manager. She told me they were out and offered to take a message. I asked for a name, she refused to give me the manager's name. When I told her I had never in 40 years heard of someone refusing to give a name, she hung up on me again!!!!! I definitely would recommend staying somewhere else.

It was okay not the best hotel but not bad overall. The pool seem to be closed everyday supposedly for weather however, weather was not that bad.

The hotel smelled very musty. Our door would not shut properly. We had to continuously slam or jerk on it to get in and out. The ice machine on the second floor did not work. The employees used the pool while we were there and it was not a big deal until one was talking about her husband/bf hitting her and giving her a black eye, and not having a place for her to live, and cussing. There are only maybe 10 tv channels. The towel rack and refrigerator were dirty and rusted. The AC never Got the room cold. The bed was hard as a rock. You definitely get what you pay for. We will not be using Wyndham in the future.

This hotel was old, the rooms were very small, dirty and in desperate need of a remodel. Will not stay at one again

I Would not stay here again. I have never been a fan of "stupid rules" hotels. They are only interested in overcharging for low rated hotel. This hotel has potential to be a very nice place to stay, but not with the attitude of the current management. From the moment you enter till the time you leave you are met with "stupid rules". If your dog is too much over weight they can't stay here, you can be fined as much as $200 for certain violations, $100 deposit must be left in case you break something, yet the bathroom door didn't lock and the fan didn't work. TV had limit on volume that doesn't allow old folks like me to hear it. Signs on walls of breakfast room... can't take food to your room....not the kind of place I like to get my money!
