The Space

Located on Smith Lake’s main channel, this designer home was built to showcase the natural beauty of its surroundings. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area features walls of windows that overlook the deep blue water and give height to vaulted ceilings. There is an adjacent screened-in porch with additional dining and lounge areas where you can enjoy a meal prepared in the custom kitchen or kick your feet up and take in the fresh air. Spend quality time in the game room featuring a pool table, wet bar, and TV. Cookout on the Traeger wood pellet or 2 Webber charcoal grills. On the private dock, jump right into depths of 30-50 feet or bask in the sun. You can explore the rock outcroppings and greenery surrounding the lake using the available kayaks and paddle boards or bring your own boat/rental boat to secure in the boat slip. After fun-filled day on the water, enjoy sunsets and star gazing overlooking the lake from the stone patio with fire pit. This home was designed to host families and groups, providing luxury accommodations and lakefront amenities to create an unforgettable vacation experience.

Perfect Girls weekend!

Awesome Office Retreat!
Our host were extremely responsive, and the house was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our office retreat and even though it rained throughout the weekend, it was a wonderful place to just relax.

This house was perfect for our group! Great location. Easy to get to. They had plenty of towels for the lake. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The stove was a bit tricky, because the temperature settings had worn off. We could have used more refrigerator space, but we made it work. We enjoyed the game room at night. The only things we missed having were scissors and a lily pad, but overall, it was a fabulous week!

Our stay at Smith Lake was awesome! The home was beautiful and well designed for a family. The views were amazing! It was well stocked and its wide range of amenities provided hours of fun when we were not on the water! The check-in was easy and the manager checked on us multiple times during our stay! Multi-Gen Family Vacation
This is our 6th year taking a family vacation with grandparents, parents, and grandchildren and we all agreed that this was our favorite so far. The home and location on the lake are absolutely serene. We enjoyed puzzles, games, and meals in the house. And all the outdoor activities…kayaking, swimming, fishing and fireside smores at night. We also rented a boat from Duskin Marina for two days which was a big hit. The owner was always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. We highly recommend this lake house!

Beautiful property
We had a great time at this beautiful property. It was the perfect floorplan for our family. There are 2 master suites with their own bathrooms, bunk beds and 3 other bedrooms with hallway bathrooms. There is also an outdoor shower. The kitchen had a large pantry for supplies so the kitchen was never cluttered. There is a Coffee bar and also a downstairs Ice maker so we never ran out of ice. . We have our own boat so the slip and boat dock were great. It’s a short boat ride and car ride to trident marina for popsicles lunch or dinner. An added bonus was being able to walk the neighborhood loop each day. It was paved and did not have much traffic. I hope we get to stay here again.

Fun on the lake
We had a great time on our Spring Break at Smith Lake. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen essentials and also games, books, puzzles, and even some toys for the kids. We had a couple of beautiful days to enjoy the kayaks and sit in the sunshine on the dock. The host was very attentive & responsive. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

We had a great time at Lakestone Villa. What a beautiful property! There was plenty of space, and the property was very clean. We loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen, playing pool, and enjoying some Fall sunshine on the dock.

Relaxing, fun weekend at the lake with beautiful views
Our large family group had a wonderful long weekend vacation at this beautiful lake property. The young people loved the kayaks & paddle board, playing pool & making smores at the fire pit. The older generation particularly enjoyed relaxing on the porches and living spaces surrounded by windows with stunning views of the lake. Katie is very kind & considerate, checking in to see if you have everything you need.

Beautiful lake house!
Beautiful lake house with plenty of space for several families that ranged from 1 year old to 82 years old. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans. (Could use some scissors), grills to use for outdoor cooking. Only recommendation would be if you could trim some of the underbrush so older folks that can’t get down to the water, have a little better view of the boat slip area. But we had a Wonderful weekend with family!

What a beautiful home on Smith Lake that we enjoyed with two couple friends and their children . Listing accurately describes home which was superbly clean upon arrival. Fun family memories
My family was at Smith Lake for a wedding and I was looking for a house on the lake that would be enjoyable for my family. We weren’t disappointed. The house was great with plenty of room for 10 adults and 4 small children. Pool table, fire pit, easy access to the dock on the water with kayaks and close vicinity to the wedding venue made this property an excellent choice. Katie, the host, was very accessible. Great time had by all.

Not as we had hoped!
When we arrived, we found one of the chairs in the living area was broken and the toilet upstairs. I sent a message to the owners to let her know and she never replied to me. There was so much old trash at the end of the driveway that there were vultures flying around outside. My husband and son tried to shoo them away but they came right back. My teenage granddaughters were afraid to stay downstairs because of the mice! Apparently they were aware that they were there because they had a trap out! Not what you expect for the price we paid.

Fell in love with this place!
This was our first trip to Smith Lake and it was everything and more than we expected! The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of is comfortably. I highly recommend this home if your looking for a beautiful and relaxing trip.

Best Vacation Ever!
This home is wonderful for a large family vacation. Lots of space, beautiful views, comfortable beds and furnishings. The dock is wonderful for swimming and floating, the kayaks and paddle boards provided great entertainment. The water is beautiful and the location is excellent. We searched lakes and homes for months and could not have chosen any better. It is exactly as it looks. Katie was so helpful with information on the area. We will be back!! Cheryl & Family

Perfect for our family reunion!
We needed a spot for a larger family gathering and it was beautiful and spacious. We ended up having additional family and their adult kids join the fun the following day and there was plenty of room for us all. The host was accessible and communicative as well. Perfect Lake House Escape
You will not be disappointed in renting this lovely home from the location, the dock, the lake fun to the sheets, furnishings and comfort of the home. Nothing was missing from our stay except more time! We will be back indeed.
