The Posting Is Misleading
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here for three nights in August ‘24. Location and house were great. The listing says there is a hot tub but there isn’t. I reached out to the owner but they didn’t respond. It felt like I was misled by the posting. And they are definitely profiting on amenities that aren’t there. It never feels good to be ignored. Especially when you spend $3000+ to stay.

Misleading advertising know before you go
Publié le 10 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe home looked beautiful in pictures but reality is not the same. Lots of safety concerns especially if you have small children.
Safety issues:
- Upstairs railing is too low by safety standard. There is a sticker with falling hazard posted on the wall.
- all upstairs windows are missing screens.
Another small falling password for small children.
- there is also another fall hazard sticker by the front entrance.
- The sink by the entrance is only connected to hot water, so the hot water could burn your hands.
Misleading advertising:
- Hot tub doesn’t work very well, can’t control temperature and makes loud noises.
- outlet near the tv in master bedroom is broken so the TV can be used.
- at the time of our stay, the only ceiling fan available is broken/unusable.
Overall, the pictures showing on VRBO do not reflect the condition of the home.
We have tried to work with Vrbo to update the pictures, but they failed to work with us to resolve the issues

Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayConsidering our large family and varied ages, the home accomodated us well! We were supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and our visit with each other.
We enjoyed being at the water's edge and seeing the tide changes and beautiful scenery.

Perfect space for a weekend retreat
Publié le 19 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayI hosted 6 other women at a weekend retreat and this place was close to perfect! The house set up was ideal, and the views were amazing from the deck. The hot tub water levels were low and the cover is collapsed, but it was hot and that's all that matters. The sauna was perfect. My only concerns (keeping me from 5 stars) were that the sofa bed didn't have sheets and was quite uncomfortable, and there were some aesthetic and cleanliness concerns (the pond needed cleaning, cobwebs in the entryway, etc). I'd stay again--just not on the sofa bed!

Excellent host & beautiful property
Publié le 28 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy family (7 adults & 1 child) stayed at Yan’s home for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The view is absolutely stunning and the hot tub and sauna were awesome amenities to have as well.
The last day of our stay, a huge ice storm hit and Yan was so helpful and communicative. He allowed us to delay our checkout until it was safe to travel.

Beautiful view.
Publié le 30 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayA group of friends from all over the US and Canada met at this beautiful property for a few days. The view is one of a kind and the kitchen was well appointed. The main concern was a lack of well situated living room and deck furniture in order to enjoy such view. Perhaps a reevaluation of furniture placement and addition of outside patio furniture would be wise. Otherwise the place was immaculate and lovely!
