Beautifully structured with care

I was very professional and friendly, answered questions and was always smiling and ready to do above and beyond the issue. I will say the next time I will make sure my room faces the EAST the afternoon sun is intolerable for me it was so hot. I inquired about the lighting. There are the (can't remember what it's called but it's the latest, greatest new lighting....but no....) I think the lighting looks art deco and nice BUT if you are laying in the bed to watch tv, it's like a spotlight on you, so it was that or lay in the dark. I chose the later. I went to Applebee's for dinner the last night and met a couple who were there for the weekend and she LOVED her room and was happy except for the lighting. She agreed the lighting is nice, but it needed a lamp some kind of soft lighting for evening. She also chose to watch in the dark. I was still very happy, I chalked it up to it's brand new, they are still getting the character set up. The building looks great the rooms are great. I prefer to pull up to my door rather than go through an entry because it's an easy unload. There are rails in some areas that you will have to walk through or around to get to your door. I have to be able to pull up to door with no objects to conqer I over pack plus I have my work things (a lot of files tooooooo) AND my dog! I am also older so I need the door right there~ just a fyi for older, traveling saleswomen to request a no rail door. It adds character to the building & is nice.

I was rushed a hassled they told me i had 3 people staying there because i had a visitor outside and they cancled my room key so i had to go to office then they tried to say there was smoke on room so i went n got a camera to record then they tried acting nicer

The property was being remodeled and they were working on rooms. You not allow to gather outside even not being noisy but others was allow to gather until 3 am and nothing being said.

The property and room was nice but the customer service was lacking. When i checked in i let the staff know i would be checking out at check out time (11am) due to a 13 hour drive ahead of me. At 9 am housekeeping was knocking on the door so again i told them i was checking out at 11. Then at 10 am my 15 year old daughter and i witnessed a grown man (employee, possibly owner) peeping through the window, then knocked on the door asking if i was checking out.

A much more modern Motel 6!!

They were in the middle of remodel but it was still a very pleasant stay. You can tell it will be very nice once the remodel is completed. Definitely worth the price. Give them a try!!

We absolutely loved how clean and refreshing the rooms and entire aura of the stay was the addition of the crickets in our rooms was amazing. They serenaded us to sleep every night into a blissful slumber.. pool was clean.
