Overall an excellent hotel. Very clean. Dinner offered in the evening so guests did not have to go out for their meal. Staff for the most part helpfull.

Notre troisième séjour ici, et tou s'est bien passé, la chambre executive était spacieuse et confortable. Nous devions nous rendre la matin à la clinique de Keraudren qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, donc c'est le meilleur choix pour la proximité.

Terrible stay. They don’t have wi-fi in all the rooms. They said because of a thunderstorm but the lobby had access so not sure what happened. When I complained, the receptionist said tough luck it is not our fault. No apologies and certainly no willingness to compensate us in any way. For example, our rate didn’t include breakfast would it be too much to offer it? The room was small, the staff clearly needs more training…

All of your observations have been taken into account in order to improve ourselves and be able to give the service we desire to all of our guests. As our staff told you, a thunderstorm happend in Brest before you came. The entire network hasn't been touched but the 3rd floor sadly yes... We apologize that it made your stay worse.
