Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our late September vacation in Brewster. The home was clean and had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We had a small issue that was taken care immediately by the property managers, Del Mar. Would love to stay here again.

Large and Comfortable Cape Cod House
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayLarge house that sleeps 10 plus people with lots of separate areas and privacy, including a separate cottage. Nice large deck and big yard, very convenient to pond and rail trail. Excellent location.

Great house and lake
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMaybe our favorite Cape house so far, and we have rented a lot of them. Lake was great. House is just as described and can sleep about 12. All you need is provided. Only problems were some kitchen lights and back deck lights did not work, plus a few windows would not open. Easy fixes. We will be back

Great House, Great Location, Lovely Vacation with family
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpacious, well equipped home. Minutes from pond. Great location. Enjoyed our stay very much. Liked separate cabin with king bed. Minor issue: 2 kayaks come with the house but seat is broken on one and only one paddle. Also no carts to bring down to the water.

perfect for a getaway

Publié le 16 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwaynoisy at house across street as they power washed for three days into the evening. also people at the beach told us we couldn't stay there and insisted until other owners came along and said it was ok. grass guy came and would have been good to have some notice. also people walked on the grass with bare feet and he spread some chemicals on it. a knife sharpener would have been good as all knives were very dull. not enough trash bags were left. otherwise things were very clean and organized and we enjoyed our stay there a lot. the pond was fabulous and we liked that it was so close.

Wonderful place to experience Cape Cod
Publié le 12 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayThis was a wonderful place to stay. The pond was within very easy walking distance, as was the bike/walking trail . There was plenty of room for our group to spread out. We would gladly rent this again.
