Easy drive to water pools from this spot. Charming space with plenty of views of the beautiful skyline for star gazers and day dreamers. Lots of space for the dog to run around as well. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was super warm and cosy with the open fire, and the deck overlooking the countryside and mountains was gorgeous. We were grateful that our fur baby was welcome and so much room for her to run around. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

Family getaway
Publié le 6 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayBriagolong was a great location to have a few nights away heaps of interesting day trips to have and the local pub has great meals. The little house has everything we needed and was very comfortable. The chook house was great for the kids and for our non-country dogs to have exposure to.
We took our family dogs with us as it is a pet-friendly property but unfortunately, there is incomplete fencing around the accommodation it is also within 100m of the owners' property and in clear sight and our dogs would have spent the entire stay trying to say hello to their yarded dogs. The dogs loved having a good run around but we couldn't fully relax, always having to be aware that they weren't running off into the bush! They had to spend more time inside than they normally would because of this.

Thanks so much for your review and feedback. We absolutely understand that it can be difficult that the yard isn't secure, especially when they aren't used to being on a country property - we are working towards putting in new fencing that will allow for a secure yard for dogs. Thanks for staying :)

Lovely country retreat
Publié le 3 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and dog) stayed at this gorgeous little Briagolong cabin for four nights over New Years 2022/23. Hana and Alex couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and were very quick to answer any questions we had about the cabin. The view from the front porch, over the lawn and huge dam, was stunning. Our super energetic dog thought he’d died and gone to heaven as soon as he jumped out of the car. For a cabin that runs on solar it’s really well-equipped and the space is thoughtfully designed. We can’t wait to come back in the colder months and sit by the fire.
