Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was so old, run down, and falling apart. The property manager (not the VRBO guy) was terrible to everyone in our party. He bullied the kids in the pool and around the common areas. Tried to blame broken things on us and make us pay for them. He also yelled at everyone because they splashed water in the pool area and he didn't want to get his phone wet WHILE HE WAS IN THE POOL ON HIS PHONE. There is NO air conditioning! This might make it fine for winter season but it was so hot! Nobody could sleep upstairs because they would melt so that was 2 twin beds fewer than the listing. They were accurate to say this was on the top floor!!! This is not like a hotel or another accommodation where you could go to the lobby and ride the elevator to the top and then reach your room via hallways. This meant you park in the basement underground parking and hike up a dilapidated stairwell until you reach your room. Giant hair balls in the pool and on floors. The VRBO contact guy was good but the property and the resident manager did not meet expectations.

These guests were difficult as they violated the VRBO rules. They overloaded the condo with adults and kids well above what was allowed in the booking. They did not pay the extra fee for guests. There were multiple families that violated HOA rules. The damaged (broke) the dry saunas by throwing water on their heaters to make them a steam sauna. This caused failure and now other guests could not use. There were many complaints regarding these guests from other guest and the HOA management and BOD. I had to deal with paying for repairs and calming other guests down. The condo is NOT falling apart, this is FAKE. Just look at the photos as well as the 3D Virtual Tour (photos just a few months old). There are exactly the number of beds that are advertised and you can count them in the photos.
There are elevators in the lobby but they do not service this building #2 (Large Condos). The elevators only service the studios (like hotel rooms).
This description is exactly what is supplied. We do NOT appreciate guests trying to sneak in more families and guests that are not included in the guest count and above what is booked. It is not fair to staff that has to deal with such. There are VRBO rules and they are required to be followed.

Worth the price

Fantastic host

(Throw in a fan as the loft gets hot, ceiling fan wouldn’t work for us, but hopefully it will for you). Scott was very prompt with communication, always professional and appreciative. Pool and spa were a hit with the kids, pool was heated to a comfortable temp and easy to access.

Shannon, was a fantastic guest. Sorry about the ceiling fan in the loft area. Prior guest pulled off the chain and a new entire switch has been ordered to remove and replace the old one.

Great location with beds everywhere
