Not clean, no internet and little to no response from the management company.
Publié le 27 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom.

No wifi

It was easy to walk to the giant step lift from our condo and the kitchen was fully equipped.

First time at Brian Head

A young lady eventually arrived, ( her first day on the job) and "cleaned" the unit in 60 minutes. We proceeded to sanitize the the unit as best we could. Fireplace was not cleaned and I did so. Several light bulbs in the unit were out. The sofa and living room chair are very old and not comfortable. Refrigerator was dirty and had food left in it. We only used the bed in the master and it was fine. Short walk to the lifts and this was fine. Would probably come back to Brian Head but reserve a different unit.

Great location and condo.
