I've rented in the Hamptons a number of times and can say that this is a great location: within walking distance of Bridgehampton and a quick drive to the ocean beach; as well, Bridgehampton situates you in the middle of the Hamptons so that the other towns are easily accessible. Most noteworthy about this rental is that it was extremely clean and well stocked. I recommend it highly.

The place is a 6 minute walk to town with amenities like bikes and paddle boards on hand made local activities like lunching and beach that much richer of an experience.
Theressa was a good host who was readily available when we needed her.
