The room was dirty. There were cigarette burns on the counter. The room was stinky. It was a locked safe room. Other than that not good. Oh yeah the place has plumbing issues. I needed a plunger for my room. Front desk said I needed to do it myself. Went to get the plunger. They gave it to me in a clear bag with a dangling turd. I guess you get what you pay for. Disgusting place. I can’t forget the crappy electric work. See photo.

Very extremely and surprisingly disappointing experience which I really hoped would not have been the case at all. Definitely missed the mark that I believe had been set in preparation for arrival and check-in, not the best amenities or facilities, along with the level of cleanliness being unsatisfactory and then the included breakfast the next morning just did not meet expectations either.

This property has an EV charger listed under amenities. I was counting on access to one during my trip. I had to scramble to find another one after 10 PM and had to pay through the nose for it. I selected your hotel specifically for that charger. Staff were unconcerned. Never coming back.
