This is a superb place to stay if you like a quiet, out-of-the way place within walking distance of the Dorset coast. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Road very narrow to hotel and beach ( not hotels fault obviously) but hard to navigate by car or a bit precarious for walking!..receptionists very helpful. Room not entirely clean ( sink very dirty) and no tea bags.. bathroom fixtures wobbly ,but overall tastefully decorated, comfortable and lovely complimentary extras. Breakfast perfect . Good service.

Lovely stay

Got off to a not so good start tho as soon as we arrived the reception was very pushy trying to get us to commit to eating in the restaurant and choosing a meal and giving a time! We had just had a 5hour drive and just wanted to relax! Ended up having an excellent meal in the bar area no hassle. From then on the Service was spot on and couldn’t be faulted.
The road to the hotel is an experience in itself it’s literally a car width with few passing places for around a mile!
At the end it was a lovely remote location with lovely views.
