I don’t think we got a room upgrade. But we did use credits from Expedia. The lights over the sink weren’t bright enough. Breakfast was fine.

Stayed for a week, pool and hot tub broken, elevator broke for a day, one person at the desk should find a job they like, requested room cleaning twice but never got it

My 12 year old son was in the shower with shampoo in his hair when the hotel turned off all the water at the property. There was no notice that this was taking place. If it was unexpected they should have given a 5 min. notice to the guests at the very least. I called to the front desk and was advised it would be off for 1 Min. 40 minutes later they turned on the water.

We had unfortunately had a pipe burst on the night in question, you are absolutely correct that a notice should have been given and for that we apologize. Could hear people above stomping around. Room next door has a dog that barked all night. A room with 2 double/queen beds was reserved we were given a room with a queen bed and a fold up bed. Outside grounds smelled like cigarettes.

We do have a noise ordinance that we request all guests stick to, if there is ever an issue with this please let the front desk know so they can handle the situation. All of our single beds with sofa beds are king size beds. We apologize that you booked for a double queen and received a single king sofa bed room. We will work more closely with our third parties to make sure all reservations come through properly. Thank you for staying with us, we hope to see you again in the future.

Dirty!!!! The shower curtain was disgusting and had a crusty towel wrapped around it. Towels were deeply stained.
