Location represented on Stayz is misleading

The map location and comments when booking stated the property is a 4 min walk to Centenary Park, when in reality it is a 20 min walk. The Property manager have advised that they have previously raised this issue with Stayz but they still have not changed the location. Very disappointed as the location was completely different to what was represented when we booked.

We were concerned about the level of mould and water damage. Small bedroom smelled strongly of mould. The bathroom needs a fan. There was water damage under the kitchen sink. The bunk bed was incredibly rickety and seemed unsafe. Check out time is not 10am, because keys have to be back by 10am. Not sure why lock box in car port couldn't be used

Hi Kiera, thank you for your feedback. We will look into the mould problem as we haven't had any reports recently with regards to mould from the cleaners or anyone else but we'll certainly look into it.
Our policy is to collect keys from our office - the lockbox is for private use by the owners.
