Ideal pour un court séjour

Un hôtel très bien situé pres de la gare pour une étape professionnelle rapide. Chambre un peu petite et mais literie tres confortable. La salle de bain mériterait d'être plus pratique. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Bon hotel bien situé

Tres chouette hotel situé a côte de la gare de Brighton , a deux pas de north lane. Bien situé car tout est accessible a pied. Le personnel est tres agreable et le petit dej copieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Seul petits bemols ( pour moi), le comfort des lits ( encore un matelas a ressort, peu confortable par rapport a ce qui se fait aujourd'hui) et une salle de bain vieillissante.

Also, our location provides our guests with public transport such as bus and train station, both of these being within walking distance from our hotel. I am very happy that you found the breakfast to be very impressive. Right next to station. Helpful and happy staff. Nice decor. Lovely ammenities in executive room. Poor view across to other bedrooms. Pillow too hard for my liking. Food tasty, but took a while. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

- The air conditioning appeared to be faulty and made an unusual noise throughout the night as did the bathroom sink taps following use of them - There was hair in the bath and on the bathroom floor - The curtains did not close properly - The TV signal kept failing intermittently - There were unsightly stains on the carpet, possibly blood? - The decor was in poor condition - After parking, we were informed at the reception desk that we were entitled to a parking discount, but had not received prior notification of this. We have stayed at other branches of this hotel and have always been very happy with our hotel experience. Sadly it was not the case on this occasion.

Excellent location behind Brighton train station, so great for getting checked in and out at end of stay and easily walkable into main centre of Brighton city. Impressively grand open reception space and really friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and well-organised and keen to fix issues where they arose. View was out to the train station next door, so not pretty and kept the windows closed for train traffic noise, but not really an issue. Food in the restaurant was nicely presented city pub type menu.
