Accommodation was clean although room/hall had a funky smell (possibly to do with shower/sink drain as smell went for a bit after use), staff helpful when not able to access safe for late arrivals but weren't friendly. We didn't like the smoking near doors (entrance) or in the courtyard right at the pool. While this wasnt allowed going by the info in room it wasn't monitored. For the price the room.wasn't to bad overall but.

We got in at midnight from an overseas flight and staff had us all organised to check in. We appreciated the hot chocolate and biscuits that were in our room after a long flight. The room was huge which was great to spread out our luggage. $25 Uber from airport and no need to go into the city when we were fly on again the next day.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Parking was free and convenient. The only concern was the air conditioner which was very noisy and not very efficient - it needs updating. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

Expedia photos/description were WAY nicer than what we got. Room smelled bad, pool was a swamp, no basic amenities like ice machine. Our suite door had a glass door that outsiders could see through part of, giving our family limited privacy. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Would NOT recommend. Booked for 5 people, arrived to find only bedding for four. Apartment smelt like it had been closed up for a while, mould in the shower. TV didn't work. Was promised a call from the Manager with a refund - instead we have heard nothing.
