Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit mais c’était propre et confortable , le personnel très sympathique .

I was greeted very nicely and even got a room on ground floor due to all my bags which was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and tidy but the smell of Janola was so over powering that I had to spray my perfume in the shower run the water for 5 mins and sit outside for a couple of hours so I got food came back and sat in the garden which was lovely.
It was just after midnight when someone opened my door with their tag and I heard them say someone is in here,(a woman’s voice) then they closed the door and left before I could actually register or say anything.
That was scary because the thought of people being able to open a door with their key card is a worry and I didn’t get back to sleep after that.

Thank you for you review Liz. I am disturbed to hear that you had someone open your door as that must have been traumatic for you. The key cards are individually made for each room so no other room key would work. Possibly your door hadn't latched properly and the guests arriving for the room next door were able to open it.
