Meilleur appartement à Brisbane

Wow qu'elle belle place pour rester pendant notre visite à Brisbane. Propre, moderne et bien situé. Seul problème c'était qu un des deux ascenseurs était inopérant pour réparation. Nous étions tout près du centre touristique.

Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly which set our expectations to a high standard. However, as we were initially walking to our hotel room, we walked past a cleaner who was clearly unable to perform their duties effectively and was swearing. This behavior was quite confronting, especially for children who were also present in the elevator. Throughout our stay, we felt generally uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness in the hotel room. The room was in a state of disrepair, with heavily damaged skirting boards, dirty walls, windows, and surfaces. Additionally, we were dismayed to find hair in the sheets and on the pillows, dried spillages on the bedside tables and dining table, and the floors appeared to have not been vacuumed or mopped in a considerable amount of time. (Please see attached images for examples) The overall hygiene and upkeep of the room did not meet our expectations and significantly impacted our experience at your hotel.

Beautiful property but the beds are terrible. We had a 2 bedroom unit and i slept in the 2nd bedroom with the 2 twin beds joined together. The bed closest to the door is in desperate need of replacing! The mattress is extremely overused and has a massive dent in it, i had terrible sleep for the 4 nights we stayed. Please replace mattresses - maybe management should check out the beds in units that are available for short-term rentals...

Simon, Bella and Aditi were sensational. Extremely friendly, helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely stay here again and certainly recommend this property.
