Well presented and spacious

The walls and doors were dirty with fingerprints and marks on them.
The bed and pillows were amazing.
The staff on level 5 for the event we attended were amazing.

The Hotel is in a good location if you don't want to be in the City. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The room itself was filthy. There was rubbish on the floor, dirty spoon, screwed up menu and note paper, splatter on all walls & light switches and a mouldy toilet.... pretty horrible. Reception was notified on departure.

Thankyou for a lovely stay I would give the hotel top rating as the beds are amazingly comfortable and that didn’t change from last year.
If I had one criticism as I left the property last year thinking the same and so this year I will voice it would recommend you get a team of cleaners through to clean the aluminium around the shower screens there’s brown scum marks scrub the tiles for body oils as the floor had a residue that we had to clean and there was hair on the bathroom tiles ,dust all surfaces with a damp cloth and the edges of the skirting’s lamp bases were very dusty - otherwise lived my stay thankyou very much

Worst Sleep I’ve ever had
When you pay $250-$300 a night to get a good sleep this is what you would expect
We understand that there can be events, & normally would not have an issue, if it was considerate to all guests. However the screaming& music that was actually vibrating in our rooms from a function which was allowed to continue into the early hours of the morning is completely unacceptable
We had other friends staying on the same floor & by midnight we all thought that it would get turned down or off but it got louder & shouting , screaming & banging increased to the point that some of us felt frightened - we called reception, they were apologetic but powerless to stop the noise, it continued for a further length of time after 1pm
If management cannot control a function in their building to be able to consider all paying guests, then I believe there needs to be a warning for guest that the management allow this behaviour & not to stay at this establishment if you want a good night’s sleep
