Great place to stay with access to Brisbane and beautiful Margate Beach
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe very much enjoyed our six nights at Bel's Margate unit. It was clean and comfortable, with easy access to a bus connecting to a train to downtown Brisbane. The bed was especially comfortable. The only caution we would give is this: the bedroom window faces east, and the window blind does not reach all the way to the outer frame. Bring a sleep mask so that early morning sunshine doesn't wake you. We did, and were glad. Bel communicates very helpfully by text if you have any questions or concerns. We recommend this VRBO highly.

Ron, just wanted to update you on the change we just made, we have had the windows tinted, also sunscreen & blockout blinds 😊
Hi Ron, Thank you for taking the time to do the review, appreciate your time, yes it is quiet & convenient spot, we only replaced the blinds a few months back, now having double roller blinds, sunscreen & blockout, they are placed in the recess, wish you would have mentioned when you were there, because if you roll them passed the window sill it would have helped, before they were replaced, there were vertical blinds & the light came in everywhere. Also the beautiful Queensland sun ☀️ dose come up early.

We had some issues with VRBO but the host was amazing at managing to contact us sending all the information through, Bel even phoned us in NZ to check we were ok. The accommodation was great, everything we needed and exceptionally clean. We would stay again

Holiday in my old neighbourhood

Loved having a kitchen to cook my own meals, and access to a laundry too.
Bel was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Also just a short walk to where I need to be, and that was amazing.
Bel was very kind, easy to talk to and replied all the time with a fast response witch was great thank you again.

Great place to stay.

Bel was easy to communicate with and the detailed instructions on entering and exiting the property made the process easy. The mattress was very comfortable and homely touch of coffee, tea, milk, water and chocolates were a nice touch.
